Stayed for 2 nights has a nice pool and seating area.There is a nice resturuant and lounge bar at the front . Decent size bedrooms , plenty of parking and easy walk in to main street. Friendly staff nice and clean , would book there again if passing through.

The beds were to soft for me personaly and there is cutlery, cups and plates to use but you have to wash them in the bathroom sink and i couldnt find any dish clothes or soap to use for this and there is a sign saying you must wash them or a cleaning fee applies. Always happy to clean up after myself would of made it easier with these extras.(dish cloth /soap etc.) otherwise great stay.

Was disappointed with the over powering smell of bleach when entering the room though Disappointed with the server in the restaurant - wasn’t very hospitable or welcoming Tbh small country town the pricing was quite high but the cleanliness and modern using was comparable

This is the second time we have stayed at the New England Motor Lodge. The rooms are really good. Very clean with comfortable beds and hot showers. The icing on the cake though is the Restaurant. That is the real reason that we make sure we travel through Glen Innes and stay at the Motel.

I find that the shower screen is a little too short and that the water from the shower always floods into the bathroom. Other than that there is nothing that we don't like about the Motel.

The room was obviously upgraded and renovated & a pleasure to stay in - the bed was comfy & the room was clean and tidy. There was a mini bar with the staples and the bathroom provided liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner and even shaving lotion ( a welcome bonus). We had dinner in the restaurant which was charming and the staff were welcoming, friendly, attentive, and the food was excellent ( our kudos to the sous chef who was working solo that night as the head chef was unwell - well done chef 👍) - our whole experience was positive and pleasurable. Our thanks to all the staff ( from Reception to Restaurant) who made our stay a truly pleasurable experience.

The bed was plush. Best night's sleep after a long day on the road. Clean bathroom, extra pillows, iron and ironing board were fantastic. The small things that we missed on our trip outback were what we needed.

This place exceeded our expectations. It was one of the best places we have stayed in so far, particularly because the last place we stayed in was hot, uncomfortable, and bad for our backs.

Breakfast was amazing!! Dinner was great! We had the chefs specials and they were absolutely stunning! Our room was great, very comfortable. Throughout the short stay the staff were super friendly

When turning on the shower it was like a hurricane had started. The water was super high pressure and was a little painful while also some parts where pushing out mostly air causing the hurricane effect.

Fantastic position, no road noise. View of the pool. Stayed in the self contained apartment. Loved having a bath and a decent sized bathroom. Kitchenette was handy. Beautifully appointed apartment. Need bigger glasses to drink from is all 😊

Bed was a bit “soft” for our liking but comfy enough for short stay. Can’t please everyone in that respect. No screen on the sliding door, but can see it would have been there before the new locking system. Screen would be nice in the warmer months whilst overlooking the pool etc Dinner at the attached restaurant was not bad. Fire was almost out when we arrived and not tended to until we were walking out the door though. Seemed to be plenty of staff to tend to it. Our waitress was a bit “abrupt”. Young lady behind the bar was great 😊

Rough impression in order me having them: staff are friendly, staff are accommodating... then went to room which was lovely and clean with fairly upmarket decor, then we ordered dinner via tray service and the steak was delicious.

the ventilation fan in bathroom was noisy. sounds like something is rubbing against the blades.

We could not fault this motel - everything is so clean, and very good quality. A comfortable nights sleep, excellent pressure in the shower and walking distance to the town. Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, I really appreciated the extra care taken by Belinda to ensure our group had what we needed. Rooms were very quiet too.

Breakfast service was slow, but delicious!

The family room was very spacious and well set out, with good facilities. The food in the restaurant was excellent, but the service was a bit slow and seemed to indicate that new staff had not really been properly trained before starting. Despite that, we enjoyed our time greatly, and the staff were very friendly.
