The architecture of the room and the bedding and bathroom facilities were of very high quality. The gentleman at the reception desk was very nice. I was quite late and he was about to go home but opened the door to me anyway.

Whilst it was not CBD GI's fault Google Drive sent me to the wrong motel. The reservation staff at that place claimed this was not uncommon. The other problem for me was the entry to the motel was difficult to find at night, I had arrived in early dark, at six PM. I called the phone number supplied and was told there was a big green sign out front. This was not illuminated, thus it was hard to see after sunset.

Easy to find, central location Friendly welcome, I made a mistake with the booking and it was sorted without fuss. Receptionist assisted in reversing the trailer (,in the rain!), thank you. I had room 15 which featured a comfy bed, good linen and a quiet a/c. Bathroom was completely renovated to a new modern look. Very quiet neighbors completed the positive picture.

Inconsiderate truck drivers approaching nearby roundabout using compression brake at night. Why is that even legal? But not a big issue s motel is located off highway and traffic dies right down at night.

The room was extremely clean, small but had everything we needed including a bigger Smart tv ( 50inch I think) compared to other places that have small 24inch tvs. The bed was so comfortable and was super soft and just made stay feel amazing. The bathroom was clean and modern and had great hot water

The staff we spoke to over the phone to arrange a check in after ours was extremely rude, they answered and said “ I’m with someone” then hung up. After calling 10 mins later the man seemed annoyed I was requesting a late check in. The toilet was extremely close to the wall/ door making it hard to use as you kept hitting the door.

The small room was very clean with toaster microwave & all crockery & cutlery you may want to use. Great 2 door fridge with a separate freezer. Although small appreciated the modern bathroom with big rain shower head. Comfy bed too. Had dinner at the Serviceman Club near by which was a very good meal. Pubs close by too.

Smoke alarm tripped off by hot steam once bathroom door was opened therefore needed to slightly open the units door, give it a few flaps to turn the beeping off however if you're aware not a deal breaker.

Comfortable bed and pillows. Clean and in great location. New modern bathroom with amazing shower. Stayed in standard king room overnight. After staying in country towns on our trip, this was just what we were looking for. Extremely comfortable super king bed with great pillows at a reasonable price for country towns. Very quiet and ideal location. Would highly recommend and would book again.

The room was a bit small if you were staying for a length of time. If we were staying longer I would book the deluxe king for an additional $10 as it has a sofa.

Conveniently located just off the main highway in the town centre. On arrival was met with a welcoming and easy check-in. The room was spotless with a modern, newly renovated bathroom. A comfortable bed with fresh white bedding and all the amenities you may need for an overnight stay. Quiet location and have to say we loved the sound of the church bells chiming in the distance, very quaint and not annoying at all. Would book again if we need to stay in the area again.

The room was a good size and it had plenty of lights so you could see. The room had been modernised. It was quiet, comfortable and very clean. The motel was walking distance to the shops and restaurants in Glen Innes.

The exterior of the motel wasn't very attractive and I initially regretting booking it but the room was a good size and we found it quiet and comfortable. The staff were friendly.

Location is close to Glen Innes CBD. Quiet location. Easy to find. Clean room, bed sheets and the bathroom,though compact in size yet functional. Newly renovated room and bathroom. Courteous owner and staff. We did not use the wi fi so not sure how it was. Check in and check out were easy. Netflix available in the room.

Replacing carpet in the room with floor tiles shall help in my view.

Very friendly staff, gave us some places to try for food. Room was tidy and clean. Nice modern bathroom, shower was great. Was smaller than expected. Really nice and close to everything and short walk to main Street. Didn’t put the sign out for room cleaning but noticed someone had been in. Would have preferred that didn’t happen. Otherwise was a really nice stay and would stay again. Thanks

Central location a couple of minutes walk from the main street. Very friendly and welcoming hosts. Very clean. Everything we needed for an overnight stay including an iron and ironing board. We were able to park directly outside our door on the ground level. Comfortable bed and hood pillows.
