My parents were visiting and stayed in the amerena room, it’s not as big as cobahlt room they stayed in the previous night, but cozy space and warm with heating, functional kitchen. They liked being on the ground floor with direct garden, so no stairs 😉Security code was so practical! Not having to worry about a physical key. They also appreciated two separate space for shower/toilets and bathroom sink, which was practical. Location was most ideal for us, easy for my parents to go in and out for porta palazzo market shopping and other activities around Quadrilatero and beyond. Would stay again! (In fact next weekend again)

Amerena room: a slightly bigger table in the kitchen would be great, it’s quite tight for two people with several dishes if they are eating dinner. Cobahlt room: lighting can be improved, simply some bulbs were just out.

We’ve had a couple of mediocre experiences lately so our expectations were moderate. However we were delighted with our charming little apartment. It was characterful, had all the amenities we could have wished for. Location was good too. Very friendly receptionist. Very good value for money and a lovely place to go back to at the end of a busy day.

Shower was very small. Fine for us but not comfortable for large people. The staircase to the room was a bit steep. Think it needs a proper handrail instead of the pretty but ineffective red rope.

Easy to find, great location - the instructions for getting in were perfect, as was the parking arrangements. The host responded quickly to messages. The property was quiet at night. There were recommendations of where to eat which I used and a handy paper map. There was a supermarket just up the road.

The corridor and the room smelt of smoke. The bed was quite hard and the pillows were flat. There were no bottles of water left in the fridge, which I think would have been a nice touch. The area outside is a little run down, with lots of abusive graffiti, and there were a lot of men hanging around. I returned to the apartment before it got too late because of this.

A charming small hotel, located inside of a courtyard so there is no street noise. The room was comfortable enough with charming traditional touches. Very well-located and walkable to most of Turin. The interior courtyard was very pretty, and they were helpful in storing our luggage on the day of our departure

No street noise, but if the other rooms are occupied the noise travels. Unfortunately we had a group of guys stay our last night and they were loud. It was hard to find a taxi upon departure and we were told there was a taxi stand in the near plaza but there wasn't. The reception could have been a bit more helpful there, but overall they were nice.

My parents stayed here for the second time with no issues and with good comfort. The courtyard/garden is a really gem in this property and the red room on the ground floor is easy for in and out. Perfect location for Porta Palazzo shopping and restaurants near by. Responsive and kind host. Nice details as coffee capsules and water bottles for travelers. Great value and would gladly stay again.

The location, close to the center, museum, supermarket. It’s winter time but the room is warm, especially heating floor in the bathroom was nice. Code lock for the entrance was easier than carrying keys.

The room entrance door is with glass and curtain. It’s facing to the common space directly to the bed that you always have to close the curtain.

Well positioned. Instructions for check in and check out were clear, sent via message before arriving.

No parking and no fixed price with the closest parking garage. Very Old furnitures which would require a brush up (eg safe box was dirty full of dust and not working). Lots of light, curtains were not blocking the light completely.

I loved the apartment and location.

The check in was not clear. My partner and I were forced to wait outside for about 30 minutes, nothing traumatic, the neighborhood is safe but it was just the uncertainty that was unpleasant.

The property is very close to the center and everything is very comfortable. The apartment had everything needed for a short stay.

We were supposed to use their parking lot and that was denied last minute, occasioning more cost for us. It also not so easy to get there by car but fortunately an underground parking is just next to it

Beautiful quiet apartment in the middle of the old town. With self check in it was no problem that we got there late. Restaurants and bars around the corner were open till 1pm. We booked the parking spot- that was perfect as well!
