We were blown away by the exceptional service. The employees were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. The accommodations were elegant and meticulously designed. The dining experience was fantastic. They make their own breakfast goods, such as longganisa and tocino. Their attention made us feel important as guests. Summer Days is an excellent choice for an enjoyable and unforgettable visit in Puerto Princesa, Palawan.

I recently stayed at Summer Days for three nights, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The property is located about 15 minutes away from Puerto Princesa Airport, making it very convenient to reach. Check-in was smooth and quick, which is always a plus after a long journey. Location & Ambiance: Nestled on a quiet street, Summer Days offers a serene environment with only about 8 rooms, which adds to the intimate and cozy feel. They have both indoor and outdoor seating areas at their café, and the outdoor space is truly beautiful. They’ve created a lush, green mini-forest on the property where you can often spot little birds. Waking up to the sound of chirping birds was a highlight for me. Service & Hospitality: The staff at Summer Days is exceptional. They made me feel like royalty with their welcoming and attentive service. The customer service here is on another level – they really go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable. They even organized a transfer to El Nido for me for just ₱700, and it was done effortlessly. Food & Drink: The breakfast was always served hot and fresh, accompanied by complimentary rice cakes, which were delicious. I also often ordered their sandwiches, cheese sticks, hot potato chips, and lemonade. Everything was freshly made and served hot. A standout for me was that they had a halal chicken option for the sandwiches, which was a pleasant surprise! Their lemonade, mint mocha, and matcha frappe are highly recommended. Rooms: The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities you might need. A large glass door in my room allowed me to look out onto the beautiful plants outside, which made the stay even more peaceful. They also offer free room service, and you can pre-order your breakfast to be served in the café or in your room at your preferred time.

We loved the excellent coffee (cappucino!), cakes, breakfasts, spacious room & bathroom; the friendly staff and overall ambiance; surroundings were quite within a walking distance to the beach. We enjoyed lounging in the cafe's garden late afernoons / evenings and would have loved a glass of wine in the menu rather than only beer :) Would also be great to be able to hang wet swimwear somewhere rather than on a chair outside our room. We loved Summer Days and will return if in PPS again :)

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The day when I arrived was after 23:00 but Joe was still waiting for me to let me check in. The breakfast starts at 6:30 which helps if you want to join a daily tour where you get picked up around 7:00. The room is specious. The bed is very comfortable. And the towels are very soft and they smell wonderfully tropical.the best way to start a vacation. The first night there was a power shortage shortly after I arrived but they provide special lighting in the bathroom and also a fan with LED which is charged in those circumstances. Very convenient. The shower does not have hot water but I like having a nice refreshing shower after a walk so I did not mind it at all actually I liked it. The terrace is also very nice to relax or the cafe where you have breakfast also provides some dishes and beverages until 21:00 as well. And again the staff there is very friendly and you can feel how warm hearted they are. I really enjoyed my stay here. By the way I stayed here 3 nights I just booked one night in one room and the other 2 nights in another. The transfer was smoothly provided by the staff as well.

Maybe for people who like to spend time in the city center this location may be a little bit far. But I wanted to have a relaxing and quiet holiday. So it was perfect for me. Even the distance to the Robinson Mall was not too far for me to walk. For others it may be too far for walking but there are many tricycle which bring you there.

I couldn’t have expected better for my stay in Puerto Princesa. I was sick when I arrived in Puerto Princesa, I extended my stay day for 3 extra nights. The staff were wonderful and very thoughtful, the room very big and comfortable. They offered a couple options for food which was great as they could serve it room service. They can also organise tours for you which is very handy as the van comes pick you up directly at the hotel. They also organised my trip to go to Port Barton, it was very handy as the van picked me up directly at the hotel as well. Would definitely come back !

Everything was sooo good! Can not imagine better stay in Puerto Princessa. Room was all week very properly cleaned, even changed linen without additional request. Breakfast and coffee had many options and very delicious. Stuff was especially kind and helpful all the time and was updating with any requested information during the rainy season. We loved this place and say big thanks! Absolutely recommend this trustworthy place for everybody. By the way, we booked very good tour from hotel and they helped for us with transport to other city. We arrived in the evening after a long day of travelling, we were greeted by Sam who was so friendly and kind! We were getting a very early flight in the morning and so unfortunately were missing breakfast (we were gutted as the food and coffee in particular looked amazing!) but Sam kindly gave us some of the cafe baked goods to keep us fed before our flight! Sam also booked us an airport taxi for an incredibly reasonable price. Room size is huge, very quiet location with a good restaurant within walking distance, water pressure good with hot water (the hottest we've had in the Philippines).

The furnishings (sheets, bed, etc) felt expensive despite the budget room rates. Staff service was superb - they were very responsive to our requests and were also a big help with organising our tours. And you have to try their coffee - probably one of the best I’ve had!

Not much complaint. While the location isn’t in the city centre, it’s only a 20 min ride away - the airport is close as well. Being slightly away from the city centre meant that it felt tranquil and you’ll really get to relax. There’s also a nearby beach - great for early morning or late afternoon walks.

We stayed for just one night, but we absolutely loved this hotel! The design was beautiful, and the rooms were modern, large, and spacious. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. Since we had an early departure for Balabac, they even prepared breakfast for us to take along, which was a lovely touch.

There wasn’t a single thing we didn’t like about this hotel—we would have loved to stay longer. Definitely one of the best hotels we stayed at in the Philippines, where everything was perfect!

My partner and I stayed in Summer Days for three nights. And we were both amazed. First of all, the staff members were so nice! 100 out of 10 hospitality. They were very helpful, thoughtful, friendly, polite, and very pleasant to talk to. For our stay, the first time I stepped into the room, all I could think was “Oh my goodness this is so cozy…”. And everything else about the room just went as amazing for the rest of our stay. The room was spacious and clean, had good wifi, enough numbers of socket plugs, pleasant subtle scent (or might just the smell of cleanliness XD), even the bedsheets smelled good too (I’m usually easily irritated by some scents). Overall, the room was everything I could ask for during this trip. Last but not least, the breakfasts were really good. They’re not too much but yummy. And the presentation just increases my appetite every morning. We’re really thankful to have the chance to stay in Summer Days. And we’re grateful to meet these amazing people who work on making this amazing accommodation possible. Special thanks to the staff who had the “plantitas” chat with us.
