We were blown away by the exceptional service. The employees were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. The accommodations were elegant and meticulously designed. The dining experience was fantastic. They make their own breakfast goods, such as longganisa and tocino. Their attention made us feel important as guests. Summer Days is an excellent choice for an enjoyable and unforgettable visit in Puerto Princesa, Palawan.

We had the most wonderful stay at Summer Days! Not only was the rooms exactly like the pictures which are stunning but we were so touched by how kind the staff were there. They helped us with everything whether it was booking transport, reservations, tours. The kindness of the staff was the absolute highlight and we would recommend this place for everyone. The rooms were nicely spacious with massive tvs, the bathrooms had hot showers and there’s a beautiful cafe right in front that’s open all the way from breakfast to dinner with such good food. We got room service and you can also have breakfast in bed if you’d like… how goods that? This property exceeded our expectations and we will absolutely be back! Literally no complaints!

Our stay at Summer Days was absolutely wonderful! The service was spectacular and the room was exactly what we thought it would be (contemporary, clean, plenty of room, tall ceilings). Special shout-out to both Dina and Sam for answering all our questions, always being positive and sharing their friendly smiles, and providing an amazing experience overall! The entire hotel property was well-maintained and picture-perfect, and the food in the cafe was delicious and affordable.

The hot water in our room didn't always work. The staff helped us and after we tried their tips, it worked for one night, but then it stopped working. Additionally, we heard noises in the morning (roosters, tricycles, birds), but with our own sound machines, we were fine. We looked forward to being near a beach, but the beach near this hotel is something to skip. We enjoyed our experience, though, and will without hesitation book Summer Days if we return to Puerto Princesa.

I recently stayed at Summer Days for three nights, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The property is located about 15 minutes away from Puerto Princesa Airport, making it very convenient to reach. Check-in was smooth and quick, which is always a plus after a long journey. Location & Ambiance: Nestled on a quiet street, Summer Days offers a serene environment with only about 8 rooms, which adds to the intimate and cozy feel. They have both indoor and outdoor seating areas at their café, and the outdoor space is truly beautiful. They’ve created a lush, green mini-forest on the property where you can often spot little birds. Waking up to the sound of chirping birds was a highlight for me. Service & Hospitality: The staff at Summer Days is exceptional. They made me feel like royalty with their welcoming and attentive service. The customer service here is on another level – they really go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable. They even organized a transfer to El Nido for me for just ₱700, and it was done effortlessly. Food & Drink: The breakfast was always served hot and fresh, accompanied by complimentary rice cakes, which were delicious. I also often ordered their sandwiches, cheese sticks, hot potato chips, and lemonade. Everything was freshly made and served hot. A standout for me was that they had a halal chicken option for the sandwiches, which was a pleasant surprise! Their lemonade, mint mocha, and matcha frappe are highly recommended. Rooms: The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities you might need. A large glass door in my room allowed me to look out onto the beautiful plants outside, which made the stay even more peaceful. They also offer free room service, and you can pre-order your breakfast to be served in the café or in your room at your preferred time.

The staff is incredibly helpful, friendly. The location is very nice, quiet, three minutes from the beach. Rizal Street is easily accessible by tricycle for 200 pesos. Modern, quiet air conditioning Breakfast is ok. Very many plants and birds on them, very nice to live and hear the sounds of the birds. Spacious lodge with a large bathroom. Fridge. There is your own key to the gate to the property. Only breakfasts are on the menu, good shakes but there is a great Rustic restaurant five minutes away.

The room is very spacious, so I suggest putting a small table and a couple chairs where you could sit with your laptop. The long but too narrow shelf under the TV isn't convenient for this purpose (sitting on a stool isn't comfortable either), so I had a problem sitting with my computer.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The day when I arrived was after 23:00 but Joe was still waiting for me to let me check in. The breakfast starts at 6:30 which helps if you want to join a daily tour where you get picked up around 7:00. The room is specious. The bed is very comfortable. And the towels are very soft and they smell wonderfully tropical.the best way to start a vacation. The first night there was a power shortage shortly after I arrived but they provide special lighting in the bathroom and also a fan with LED which is charged in those circumstances. Very convenient. The shower does not have hot water but I like having a nice refreshing shower after a walk so I did not mind it at all actually I liked it. The terrace is also very nice to relax or the cafe where you have breakfast also provides some dishes and beverages until 21:00 as well. And again the staff there is very friendly and you can feel how warm hearted they are. I really enjoyed my stay here. By the way I stayed here 3 nights I just booked one night in one room and the other 2 nights in another. The transfer was smoothly provided by the staff as well.

Maybe for people who like to spend time in the city center this location may be a little bit far. But I wanted to have a relaxing and quiet holiday. So it was perfect for me. Even the distance to the Robinson Mall was not too far for me to walk. For others it may be too far for walking but there are many tricycle which bring you there.

I couldn’t have expected better for my stay in Puerto Princesa. I was sick when I arrived in Puerto Princesa, I extended my stay day for 3 extra nights. The staff were wonderful and very thoughtful, the room very big and comfortable. They offered a couple options for food which was great as they could serve it room service. They can also organise tours for you which is very handy as the van comes pick you up directly at the hotel. They also organised my trip to go to Port Barton, it was very handy as the van picked me up directly at the hotel as well. Would definitely come back !

We arrived in the evening after a long day of travelling, we were greeted by Sam who was so friendly and kind! We were getting a very early flight in the morning and so unfortunately were missing breakfast (we were gutted as the food and coffee in particular looked amazing!) but Sam kindly gave us some of the cafe baked goods to keep us fed before our flight! Sam also booked us an airport taxi for an incredibly reasonable price. Room size is huge, very quiet location with a good restaurant within walking distance, water pressure good with hot water (the hottest we've had in the Philippines).

Everything was sooo good! Can not imagine better stay in Puerto Princessa. Room was all week very properly cleaned, even changed linen without additional request. Breakfast and coffee had many options and very delicious. Stuff was especially kind and helpful all the time and was updating with any requested information during the rainy season. We loved this place and say big thanks! Absolutely recommend this trustworthy place for everybody. By the way, we booked very good tour from hotel and they helped for us with transport to other city. Thanks a lot again and all the best for you! 🤝🤩

We loved the excellent coffee (cappucino!), cakes, breakfasts, spacious room & bathroom; the friendly staff and overall ambiance; surroundings were quite within a walking distance to the beach. We enjoyed lounging in the cafe's garden late afernoons / evenings and would have loved a glass of wine in the menu rather than only beer :) Would also be great to be able to hang wet swimwear somewhere rather than on a chair outside our room. We loved Summer Days and will return if in PPS again :)
