The room is spacious, and equipped with everything we needs (washing machine, fridge, hob, etc). We were allowed to cook and keep all our wet foods in fridge. TV functioned well (mostly we watch Netflix). Got strong WiFi too. Nice city view as I stayed on 39th floor. Parking was provided for us. Check in/out went smoothly without any delay process. Swimming pool got nice view. Everything was good in this place.

Could provide more trash bag and top up more shower gel and shampoo. We were stayed for 5 days, so, the host must be better to noticed this matter. Other than that, all good and okay.

Great Location surrounded by eatery that operates till late. Grab myself some supper at 11pm and the food was great! At ground floor there are even some branded restaurants. The check-in was seamless. Prior to my arrival, I received all the instruction required and that helps to prepare myself for a smooth check in. Parking lots were designated to your unit and card access only for enhanced security. I got myself a two bedroom apartment and love it! Room was clean, toilet functioned well with no flushing issue. I will surely be back again if I am visiting KL again!

No fans or cooling in the elevators meant they turned into sweat boxes when having to use them. Gym was lacking more useful machines and equipment. They filled up quite quickly when barely 6 people were in the gym at the same time. Room cleanliness was sub standard. All polished/reflective surfaces showed streak marks and the hand wash was all watery. Wifi access was only available in the room and not in any of the common/share areas

I had a fantastic stay at this serviced apartment! It was such a refreshing change from a standard hotel room—the extra space made a huge difference. Having a washer and dryer in the apartment was a total game-changer, as I was able to do laundry easily and not travel with dirty clothes. The pool was absolutely amazing, and the view from there was stunning. Everything was incredibly clean and well-maintained, and I felt very safe throughout my stay. I also loved the convenience of having a food hall, a convenience store, and several small restaurants right on-site—it made meals and last-minute essentials super easy to sort out. Highly recommend this place! I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in town.

As a vegetarian, I found it difficult to find suitable food options in the food hall, and my tour guide/driver also mentioned that the location is quite far from central KL—about a 20-minute drive.

We stayed here for four weeks and it was great. Location wise the property is about a 20 minute bus ride from Kuala Lumpur Sentral station. From here you can get to just about anywhere else in Malaysia, which is brilliant! If you are walkers (as we are) then you can actually walk to Sentral in less than an hour. The Mid Valley Mega Mall is about 15 minutes on the bus, or about 40 minutes on foot. The apartment is quite big, but very limited on essential items i.e. for 2 people just 2 x plates, 2 x bowls, 2 x teaspoons, 2 x forks, 2 x spoons, 1 x frying pan, 1 x saucepan, 2 x cups, a ladle, some tongs, 1 x small knife and a fish slice. That was pretty much everything, which was absolutely fine by us, but some people might expect more. If you haven’t been to Malaysia before, then just be aware that shops, apartments, etc, don’t generally supply knives, as these are seen as being associated with ending (cutting) relationships. Even in most of the food courts, you will not be given a knife. Just use your spoon and fork. Just like a local! The facilities at Millerz Square are great, with a rooftop pool and fantastic gym. The place has 24 hour security and all the guards and staff were very helpful and courteous. There is a shopping plaza (The Pearl) about 200 metres away (come out of the hotel to the right, and cross the road via the footbridge) which has supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. There are plenty of hawker stores in the area (the foods are generally very tasty and very cheap!) so, if you fancy trying something different, give one of these a visit. All in all a brilliant visit, and we would definitely stay in the same place again.

Everything except two things.

Firstly I would suggest they have a staff member show you to your room in the beginning when checking in and how to use the elevator with the security fob as I got confused in elevator, they should show you to the room and give more information or a info card, pamphlet or something with emergency contacts numbers and show you the fire exits and garbage area. Secondly the fire alarms went off during my stay and disturbed my sleep and found that there was a real fire on the 10th floor luckily I figured where the the fire door was as we wasn't shown anything in the beginning or told what to do incase of an emergency.

Great apartment for a couple in Millerz Square on the 20th floor! It has a separate bedroom, a cozy living room with a kitchen, an office space, a modern bathroom, and a laundry area with a drying machine. The weekly cleaning service was a great bonus. The building offers excellent facilities. On the 8th floor, there is a small park with a Billa supermarket and restaurants. The ground floor has a larger Billa and even more dining options. The highlight was the pool and gym on the 43rd floor, offering amazing views. We had a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend it!

i enjoyed my stay here! the bed was huge & comfy. there was a kitchen and a huge fridge. there was space for reading, doing some work & a living room. i like it generally.

upon check-in, we were a bit lost to locate our room as its in such a huge community. i think it would be way nicer if someone were there to show us to the room - as we had a difficult time trying to find our room when we just landed and tired. I feel like that's how the guests should be treated. and we found the floor wasnt clean! we saw some stuff were swept next to the bin in the kitchen and some bits of the floor was a bit sticky. that was not pleasant. there was only 1 toilet roll for our long stay. it didn't make sense. i hope the toilet rolls are provided enough for your future guests. eventually we asked the housekeeper to give us one when they were doing the service for other rooms on the same floor when we needed it. but we were lucky.

I liked the spaciousness of the apartment, it's huge for Asian standards, all new and in nice condition (November 2024), the kitchen is nice and wash machine & dryer. Pool & gym is a bonus!

-That the first apartment that was assigned to us had horrible tobacco smell, like a smokehouse with 20 people still smoking. Even outside the locked front door I got an asthma attack and needed my emergency inhaler. I requested another apartment (this took some time and was not easy). If I would have stayed in that apartment I would end up in the hospital. -Sticky floor, not clean enough to walk bare foot -Elevator & hallway, no AC, feels like sauna, we were always sweaty when reaching the apartment.

We've stayed here a couple of times during our travels and know that we are going to get a clean, spacious room with a sofa and kitchen! It's a great place to reset as they have a gym, food court, coffee shops & pool on site! It's a little out of the centre but easy to get Grabs to walking spots and shopping malls.

It would be nice to have more cutlery/amenities in the kitchen as it is very sparse! Extra toilet rolls & towels would be useful too. Another thing is that there are no lamps in main spaces which would make it nice and cosy! Despite this, we enjoyed our stay - these are just extras that would add to the experience.
