we arrived late bcoz of delayed flights, The room they assigned to us are smelly and dusty,there's also sign of termites infestation.Hairs and suspicious stains in sheets.Its midnight so we decided to ask for a cleaner the next day. The gentlemen mentioned they only have 1 housekeeping so shes really struggling to keep up with the job.They did Cleaned our room afterwards so nothing to complaint now, I wish they could improved the maintenance of the place as well as the cleanliness,a lot of things are broken and need fixing. Lovely location

A key central location with easy access to the entire town. The Hotel is quiet and maintains personal privacy very well. It is located above ground, and away from the hustle and bustle of the busy street. The room was very large, exceptionally clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were both communicative and eager to help whenever asked to do so. The fresh water dispenser, Wifi, and air-conditioning were all very welcome! This is an excellent Hotel to use as a central base for exploring the island of Biliran, be that the surrounding mini-islands, mountains, rice-terraces, or waterfalls.

Well located for the busses and markets, it is actually the top 2 floors of a shopping arcade. The helpful people on reception helped us rent a motorcycle. There is a smoking area overlooking the street.

There are no windows in the rooms but that does mean they are quiet.

Property is smack dab at the heart of the town, perfect as it is in walking distance with everything you need. Room rate is also good for three. Staff is approachable and helpful, TV has multiple channels which is definitely a plus

Property is quite confusing to get into (it is found at the top of a tiangge -- it is a tiangge floor, with booths converted to hotel rooms). The property is found at the third floor. The room is dirty, and the faucet water tastes weird.

The location is at the commercial center and near to the port and transport terminal which is very convenient to your needs. The room is very big and spacious. It is good for 3 persons but I think it can cater more . The beds are comfortable - dibs on the queen size bed.

The water is somewhat rusty and there is no heater.

Room was ok.....staff is good....

Toilet in room 311 have problem hopefully they can sorted that as soon.....I hope soon have an elevator so that it easy to go up my suggestion only.... and restaurant
