This was our 3rd stay during the same month and I think our previous two reviews say what we liked about it so I’ll try to be brief. The price cannot be beaten in the greater Denver metro area and I have searched and searched for places a bit more central but they often have hidden fees or “resort fees” that make no sense for a city hotel. Or the hotels in this price range have the worst reviews. The rooms are bigger than other hotels too. They have microwave ovens and small refrigerators. Very useful for us. The breakfast is very decent even though I’m not a big breakfast eater. Making homemade waffles is all I ever needed. My spouse ate a variety of other breakfast food. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The same woman seemed to work during breakfast and she was very kind and engaging. Front desk staff and cleaning staff were also great. So much for being brief!?

It’s a little far from downtown if you’re in Denver and going into the city but the price & other positives outweigh that.

I recently enjoyed a delightful stay at La Quinta! The location is fantastic, making it really convenient to explore the area. The facilities are well-maintained, which added to the overall pleasant atmosphere. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, going out of their way to make me feel welcome. I absolutely loved the breakfast; there was a great variety of delicious options to choose from. My room was spotless and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat at the end of the day. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel!

While it may not matter to some, it does bother me that the room isn’t serviced during the length of a 5-day stay. Even just taking out the trash mis-week would be nice. That said, the staff did act as soon as I requested the room be freshened up…but I had to ask.

I understand the need of hotels not to be wasteful (e.g., not change out towels and sheets every single day) but it would be nice if someone would empty the room trash from time to time!

This is a beautiful hotel and well-run. There were cookies waiting for us at check-in. The hotel has an appealing lobby area where breakfast is also served (breakfast was good), coffee available in the lobby 24 hours a day. The room was quiet, beds comfortable, nice size, nice shower. Staff was great, other guests were interesting and nice. Facility and room were clean. Linens comfy. This place is all around great. We walked the neighborhood for exercise and it was much more interesting than expected. Will definitely come here again. Cafe India was a great lunch spot on the way out.

Great location (for my needs). Friendly, polite, and helpful staff. The hotel was nicer than I expected. I was pleasantly surprised by the pool and hot tub and enjoyed using them. The biggest surprise (for me) was the shower's water pressure. It was so strong, it took me a bit manage. I almost never want to turn down the water pressure in the shower. Usually I would like to increase water pressure if possible. But, I might have turned down the water pressure had it been possible. If you love strong water pressure, you're gonna love their shower.

Breakfast could have been better, but it wasn't the worst breakfast I've had at hotels.

The staff here is wonderful!! The front desk (Iowan, Francisco, Javier, the early morning gentleman who I see at 4:00 when I walk my dog!). I travel quite a lot, and this is by far the best and friendliest place to stay! Lenka is a manager along with the new owner, improving the property as needed. Delia is always on top of keeping the breakfast and coffee well supplied!! The rest of the operation, cleaning, maintenance, etc, are always friendly and helpful if I should need anything.

My only suggestion is that at some point, the mattresses need replacement, but the pillows are comfortable;

I have had the pleasure of staying at this La Quinta multiple times for work in 2025, and I can confidently say it's been a great experience. The location is ideal, making travel easy. The facilities are consistently well-kept, and the staff members go above and beyond to be helpful. They very responsive to feedback and fulfilling reasonable guest requests. I particularly appreciate the breakfast, which offers a fantastic variety of options. Each time I've stayed, my room has been impeccably clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend!

I was positive surprised about a few things: the hairdryer was really good as was the shampoo and conditioner. It might seem like a small thing, but it matters :) The staff was super nice and very helpful. I really enjoyed the breakfast; there was a good variety, and it was great that there was the, coffee, and water available for free at all times. I especially like that there was dark coffee :) Room was big and nice, and it was good that there was a microwave, so I did not have to go out for meal unless I wanted to. The selection of food in the reception was small but adequate. Wifi was good enough to get a bit of work done.

I really don't like having sheet and blanket, and I don't know how to sleep with it properly. I like having a duvet :) There was one time use cutlery and plates for breakfast and in general. I would have liked proper cutlery, plates and cups - that would of course require someone to do the dishes, and this was the easy way.

The room was very nice, with plenty of closet space, very clean and comfortable. We were in a great location, close to restaurants and shops. Traffic was pretty easy to manage, and we could find our way around the area pretty well.

The breakfast could be improved. We are watching our sugar intake, so we can't eat all the pastries and cereal. The eggs and hot items could use some improvement. When we got ready to leave the hotel to come home, we waited an hour for a cart to load our bags, and still none were available. Someone had them held in a room while they did other things. A hotel this size should have at least 5-6 carts available at all times. 2 carts are not adequate for a hotel this big. Also, someone needs to invent an alarm that goes off after a short period of time, to alert the cart user that they need to give the cart up and be considerate of others. I had to make 6 trips up and down the elevator to get all our stuff loaded. We were not happy with this at all.

Wonderful hotel. Very friendly staff, lovely big rooms and very comfortable beds. Room had TV, fridge, microwave, iron and ironing board and a powerful hairdryer. Breakfast was fab. Sausages, bacon, scrambled eggs, pancakes, biscuits and gravy. Assorted breads, bagels and cereals and fruit and yoghurts. Had a computer and printer, which was handy to print out our airline tickets. Had a big pool and spa tub, which is seasonal. Ice machines dotted everywhere, a gym and laundry room. An IHOP was next door too! All in all, this hotel was fantastic and I would highly recommend staying here
