I liked the spacious room. The bed was comfortable. They accomodated us on the 2nd floor. There are benches outside the rooms. Good breakfast items like biscuits and gravy, cereal, bagels, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, muffins, waffles, sausage patties, eggs, coffee and juices.

The door did not shut all the way. Noise and cold wind got in (a little bit). The ice machine room was not always accessible.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Excellent staff, friendly and helpful. Convenient location to restaurants, fuel stations, grocery stores, as well as great places to do leisure hikes, visiting Tombstone for coffee and exploring Bisbee. I am a repeat customer and it will continue to be my go to when going to Sierra Vista.

It met our expectations. I was pleased that the A/C unit was the quietest one I’ve encountered this year. It made sleeping restfully possible. I’ve stayed in over 10 hotels/motels so far this year and most A/C units are noisy. One was so noisy it was difficult to sleep. Everything else was in good working order. A bonus was the empty lot next door. Us birders spotted several birds in the morning include a Gamble’s Quail, Northern Mockingbird, etc.

On a birding trip, we get early start so I did not get to try breakfast there. But the room looked cheerful. Fortunately the room had a frig, microwave, and coffee maker.

This property has an outdoor pool and serves breakfast daily, unbeknownst from the hotel’s description. A very pleasant surprise! Also, staff was lovely.

This is an older hotel in need of a good cleaning/upgrades (ex. Toilet wasn’t working properly and was properly fixed), but there were a lot of nice, fine details (ex. Makeup towel, fridge, microwave, nice & spacious).

Staff I met was a young.man, nicholas. very friendly, professional and helpful.. (I've stayed at many hotels were the staff can't look at you or do more than say yes or no) very refreshing. We couldn't get my door to unlock so he immediately moved to another room. TR he room was clean and quiet. Frig, micro and coffee pot. With plenty of hot water. Excellent value for the money.

It was way too warm for far too long. Idk why.The vending machines were both empty; snacks and drinks. Took my quarters pretty well, though! The staff was great. The pool was so perfect, I would pay a fee to lounge there a couple more hours left of this summer! Crystal clear, good size and depths! The 2 kids loved it! I was in a situation where I needed a last minute budget stay. It was quiet and overall clean. My only challenge is there were multiple knats in my room. That tells me there’s something to be found. I slept…got up…hit the road for a 26 hour trip…

The hours of the office for ice and for breakfast may need to be addressed for travelers. If the audience is for those who need a get away—it is understandable. The morning hours are tough for those who need to travel.

This past weekend we came down to Sierra Vista to celebrate a few Birthdays with family. After a three hour drive we were able to check in with no issues, walk into a very clean room and relax. This will be our second time staying here and once again we were very pleased! The guests around us are always very nice, the staff is welcoming and the shops and restaurants are super convenient, along with a park to take the kiddos that's only about 2 minutes away! And I must say the breakfast was great! We missed it the first time we stayed but happy we were able to enjoy it this time, good selection and it'll leave you wanting more!

Pet policy. I guess new management took over and they updated their pet policy but I was not aware of that (which is not the staffs fault), but I was bummed I had to leave my cats at home and could had brought them but the first time we stayed we were told they did not allow more than 1 pet and it had to be under a certain weight (old management).

We had a ground floor room (#104) which was very large and convenient. We parked right outside of our room. We stayed there for four nights. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast didn't have much variety, but what they offered was good. My husband got sausage one day, but the other three days there was none (before 8 am).

Hotel was quiet and clean had a lot of trash cans around property. Property was centrally located and plenty of parking spaces.

Needed more towels and there was a lot of smoking areas around the hotel grounds. So if you walked outside into common areas there were smokers. Rooms were dated but great stay for the price.
