The food, the pools, the paths in the Forrest, the room, the decor, the service, the food, the pools, did I say food and pools? It was really exceptional and a perfect last few days for us as a family after a busy few days in Istanbul. Our little boy just loved the pools and slides. The reviews about the food are all true. Special shout out to staff member Muhammad from Iraq who gave us tips on a walk to the lane that was definitely worth a trip. And was generally just a lovely interesting guy to chat to. Where we saw water snakes and had a lovely lunch on a floating pontoon cafe. Just loved our stay.

Better, clearer public transport info for arrivals should be more available. Its an easy Marmaray to Gebze then TCDD train to Sapanca but we had difficulty taking a taxi from Sapanca with language barrier as the taxi firm there closes at 3pm. Also, not hotels fault, but the amount of food waste bothered me for an eco focussed hotel. I watched one woman take one of every cake on the buffet then only eat a spoonful of each and leave the rest!! Not sure what the solution would be though.

Everything was clean and well maintained, including rooms, swimming pools, and all other facilities. Staff including cleaning staff was very nice and welcoming. Landscaping and outside facilities were great. Food was exceptional, including breakfast, teatime, and dinner. This is our third time to stay at this place, and it is getting better and better every time. It is a bet on the expensive side, however, it is well worth it and diffenately, won't be our last time to stay there.

i would like to thank Mr Mohammed and the awesome lady Zeynep for welcoming us with a big smile and help us with everything we need or want. they are always there to help us in anything we want or need. and about the property, the pools were excellent for both children and adults.. the restaurant ( breakfast/ tea time/ dinner) were excellent and a lot of food and all kind of sweets, meat, chicken, vegetables etc.. also the people working there were so good.

the weather was a bit hot during our stay, therefore the AC doesn’t work very well.. other than this.. everything was perfect

Mohammed the Iraqi guy is the only person who makes our stay truly five-star. They are always willing to help with anything, big or small, and they go out of their way to make sure we have a memorable experience, and they helped us enjoy activities like tennis for my kids basketball as well and football. aqua park and forest walk was great

At the reception, I requested to be charged in Euros, but they said they could not do that. After my bank processed the transaction, I realized that they had deducted more money than we had agreed upon with the booking. last October I have visited the hotel, food was amazing this time I can say the quality is little bit different but still eatable

We liked the buffet for dinner and breakfast. Cleaned facilities. Large pools. Mohammad from receptionist is very helpful and showed us around the resort and told us all about them.

The manager of waitresses in dining hall was rude. We came around 10:30 pm when the door was still open to get water. He kicked us out started shouting at us to order room service. This is doesn’t fit in this luxurious resort. The waitresses wanted to gave us water but he told them not to. We went to reception and got water. He should be learn how to talk to hotel guests the best.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in—extremely clean with incredibly friendly staff. It boasts over six swimming pools with various features, including pools for adults, families, and a quiet pool. The food is delicious with a wide range of options. I highly recommend this hotel for families, couples, and friends. It deserves a 10 out of 10

The price was exaggerated, i find that some local travel agent offering much more affordable price than mine and this make my trust to booking.com questionable !!!!

The hotel is located in the nature, the views were amazing where you can take a long refreshing walk. The staff were so professional and very helpful especially Edanur who really helped us in organizing our trip as it was our first time to Sapanca. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and don’t forget to ask about Edanur!

We loved the location, and how it was nested inside the forest.. the kids loved our strolls and enjoyed exploring new parts of the forest everyday.. staff are friendly and helpful.. it was a comfortable stay

The outdoor pools were really cold, even though the weather was hot and sunny.. so the kids didn’t enjoy swimming in the outdoor pools, which is unfortunate since there are a lot of pools that I’m sure they would’ve loved if the water temperature was warmer. The food of breakfast/dinner buffets was excellent but crowded and tables weren’t cleaned properly after each use.. we had to clean the tables ourselves every time..
