I like the facility. It was nicely decorated and well kept. My only bad experience, which was major in a sense is that got stuck on the 2nd floor when the power went out because elevators were not working. Due to the inability to walk down the stairs , firefighters had to carry me down. Because of the outage, I couldn’t enjoy the facility because of incident coupled with short stay.

Staff could have tended to the guess in wheelchair and with disabilities a little better. It would have been nice if they were more aware of who was staying as guest and call even if to personal phone to make sure they (myself in this case) were okay. . It was a nice entry/lobby layout. There was a little cute walk garden in the back of hotel by parking. There was a FREE parking garage with a restaurant on top. It was PET FRIENDLY. We absolutely loved it. We were in town for a volleyball tournament held at Anderson U. Def stay here again for another!

The room was gorgeous and clean. The bed was insanely comfortable.

I would have given this location a 10 out of 10 but the breakfast was awful. I'm sure the waffles would have been good but the lines were too long. Everything inside the warming box must have been there since 7:00 and not changed out because it was all hard as a rock and not edible. I had juice and cereal after that.

Spacious, clean rooms. Friendly staff and tasty breakfast options. A nice free parking garage right across the street and easy walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants downtown.

The room was great! The staff was pleasant. Great location.

I didn't like the security deposit wasn't included with the price of the room online instead we didn't find out until we got the property.

breakfast was amazing - none of the other hilton properties EVER serve bacon but this one had plenty and it was yummy my husband loves breakfast! I was sick and they let me take it to the room

Front desk staff were extremely helpful and professional. We were always greeted with a smile 😊The complimentary breakfast with homemade waffles, absolutely delicious. Can’t say enough from the cleanliness of the rooms to the professionalism with every level of staff. The closeness to the town was convenient and enjoyable, especially stopping in to CocoBon Chocolatier for a treat for the kids and Bark for the fur babies. Can’t wait to book another stay in beautiful downtown Anderson, South Carolina!!!
