The fridge and the electric kettle helped me for pouched food. Entrance system is clear good.

Too many keys are attached to the room key holder though only one key is needed for my room. The handheld shower head is a little broken and the water comes out as if from the water tap. The water tap is a little too hard to push or pull There is only a thin curtain and light came through, the left and right parts do not tightly meet. Too many various hangers. A strange sound is heard when using the hair dryer. Street noise was big enough through sound proof windows, the street musician played out loudly late in the night, cannot sleep without ear plugs. I do wish sincerely these are fixed or improved as the place is very comfortable.

It is difficult to describe in words what a wonderful experience my daughter and I had in Pescara. I will start with the wonderful person Andrea who rents the b&b. Very friendly, always pleasant to communicate with, he is not only a person who does his job well, but visiting him makes you feel like you are with an old friend. I recommend him 1000%. And this is only the weak part of the B&b😃. Andrea leads unique excursions in the mountains that will allow you to touch the real Italy, let this person take care of your vacation in Pescara. After meeting Andrea, I return home full of happiness and full of the most wonderful impressions.

Large light room located in the main street but very quiet. Access to kitchen, fridge, kettle etc. Equal distance between the railway station & beach. Owner a keen walking guide and happy to do day trips. Unfortunately we had already made our own arrangements. Not 24hour reception.

Advertises included breakfast but this involves a short walk to a very pleasant cafe where each guest is entitled to a hot drink and a cornetto using a voucher. Not a problem for us.

Excellent location. Located on a lively, vibrant car free street that leads to the Seafront. A short walk from Bus and Train stations. A very easy access to B&B with clear instrucions. Communication smooth and instant. Anytime I had a question or a request, a response from the owner was instant. My room was very spacious. A traditional Italian Breakfast provided by a local café was just enough. And I found the best gelato in Pescara!

Clean & comfortable with a kitchen to make tea/coffee or warm a simple meal. We also had a balcony. Very central location - just a few minutes walk from the station and the sea. Shopping & restaurants literally on your doorstep. Andrea is incredibly hospitable and friendly with so much local knowledge to share. It was a personal touch that makes a huge difference to your experience of a place. Thank you Andrea 🙏🏽

Outstanding value for our 4 night stay. Excellent location on the pedestrian Corso and just minutes from Stazione. Very spacious room. Comfortable mattress. Soft towels. Good-sized balcony. Nice TV. Andrea is a very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful host. We loved having the vouchers for the great very close caffes. And the 12pm checkout was very helpful. We will definitely return.

The place was very well located in the city center and very close to the beach. The bathroom, the bedroom were excellent. There is a shared kitchen also and the included in price colazione is also okay (un cornetto e un caffè).

The place didn’t look quite like the photos. I think that the photos are old and were taken right after the renovation and are a little more brighter than in reality. The walls were a little bit scratched. In my opinion the price I’ve paid in October is more for the central location and easy access to the bus and train station rather for the apartment per se.

I only stayed one night, but I really enjoyed my stay. The location is excellent, close to the train station as well as the beach. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom had a nice shower. Nice having a coffee machine in the common space outside the room and the cornetto and coffee that I had at a nearby cafe using the breakfast coupon were excellent. The host is very friendly and welcoming. I definitely recommend staying here.

Perfectly situated, 5 minutes from train station, close to beach and right in the middle of shops and many great restaurants. In Pescara for 4 days, but would have enjoyed it if we stayed longer. Andrea, the host, was friendly and he provided a very nice place with all necessary amenities. Would come back again and again.

It was in a great location, reasonably priced, liked that it had kitchen to share. We liked the coffee lab for breakfast. Very friendly , helpful and delicious.
