The room exceed my expectation, it was clean and comfortable. The view was nice. Staff was extremely helpful. Right next to botanic garden so easy to walk to center (not the other way around)

There is not much public transport options, you rely on bus 12A which takes you to metro. I don't recommend taking minibus which doesnt leave you in front of the hotel as google maps shows.

The hotel was reasonably priced compared to other hotels in Hong Kong. The location is pretty good - right next to the Zoological & Botanical gardens, and a 10-15 minute DOWNHILL walk to Central Station (be ware if you don't like hills!!) The room was a good size with views across the gardens and towards Central with sea glimpses between the skyscrapers. There is a good supermarket in the building next door.

There is no breakfast option (which is fine) but there are no utensils to prepare even a simple breakfast of your own - we bought paper bowls and spoons from the supermarket as none were provided. The pool area is a bit tired and unfortunately doesn't get the sun (there's nothing to be done about that though - it is surrounded by skyscrapers! - it's just a point in case that's what you were after!)

Perfect location next to the Botanical and Zoological gardens. Although the rooms were not brand new, everything was working properly and looking rather good. If you’d like to have the best view to the skyscrapers consider the rooms ending with 8,9,10 (e.g. 1210). Or simply ask for the room with a view. The staff is very friendly and supportive: when we realized that we hadn’t mentioned baby bed was required they made their best to provide us with it right after we checked in. When they learned that other part of our family is arriving later as well, they proactively gave them room on the same floor.

The hotel restaurant doesn’t accept any credit cards, only cash.

This hotel is situated in Hong Kong Island. The room is very clean, but I didn't liked the fact that you have to pay the water they put you in the room... Also the receptionist that is very arrogant told me because I didn't understand the floor of the room, that he told me yet once time the floor. I was surprised by his response... Also when I asked if they can print me the flight tickets they wanted to charge me for printing me the tickets... Wow. This seems to be more like a hostel. Not a hotel that respects you. They charge you for everything. Also they have to repair the pression of the water from the shower. I didn't showered well, because of the low pression of the water...

Hong Kong people very arrogant... Sorry.

The location is perfect - easy walk to Central, a little heart-pumping coming back but that's okay. The botanical Gardens and zoo across the street is a welcome retreat from all that concrete. And also the HongKong park is stunningly beautiful. Your hotel is in the most perfect location in HK in my humble opinion....views, ease to Central, The Peak etc. The hotel itself is very clean, and very quiet with not so many rooms per floor. The only negative comment I would make is that the restaurant is sad but I understand it is a separate entity from your hotel.

As mentioned the restaurant is sad but it doesn't retract from all the pluses of your hotel.

This place is amazing. It is usually very good value given the fact that you are a very short walk from the beautiful botanical gardens and a shortest walk downhill to Central. The rooms are always very clean and there is often a great view especially if you are on the garden side. All is fantastic but best of all are the staff. They are so helpful and friendly. Very careful and attentive and willing to help in any way they can. I will be staying here again when I am back in Hong Kong. Highly recommended.

I have stayed here several times and I have never found anything to dislike. All is excellent.

Great value for money. It's amazing that you can get a room of decent size for such a price in Hong Kong. The entire hotel is very clean and well-maintained, the staff is professioanal and friendly. And I love the location - it's very close to Soho, but not quite inside it, so it's quiet at night. Plus you can walk through the Botanical Garden or the Hong Kong Park every time you walk to Mid-Levels or Central. It's my 3rd or 4th time in this hotel and I'll probably stay it it next time.

Wifi signal doesn't reach the corner rooms.

Great quiet location, one can't tell it is so close to the business district! The staff was helpful because. Actually, i messed up my booking. So when I arrived we just found out that I paid for a non-refundable deal on another day and I'm very happy with the hotel's staff. They were patient and helpful, and resolved my problem with booking. I took a few walks with my camera in this neighbourhood, the photos are attached! The city view photos are from my window

No free drinking water; might be a challenge to get here from the metro if you have suitcases

Clean and friendly staff. 2min away from bus stop. 2min away from a grocery store. 15min walk from city center. They allow us to leave our luggage at the reception area after check out and we took it around 8pm after we came back from Macau (overnight rate per luggage per night is $10HKD , not bad at all if you plan to stay a night in macau then just get your luggage the following day). There’s a nearby park (lovely park with fountain) around 5min walk.

Better If they serve Breakfast in the building.

we had a great experience! room s size and the view were great. very good value for money (we paid less than 120usd per night on a weekend, it could be around 80usd a night in a weekday; that s quite decent price for Hong Kong I think).

I wouldn't say the location isn't nice: it s close to the tram going to the peak and right next to the botanical garden. but it is a 15-20 min walk from Central. when raining can be a bit challenging. we did it with a 4yo and it was ok
