I recently stayed at the Courtyard Marriott Downtown Gurgaon and had a wonderful experience. The hotel's location is excellent, just 5 minutes away from the malls, making it convenient for shopping and entertainment. The security measures in place are great, giving a sense of safety and comfort. The staff at the hotel are super friendly and helpful. There was an instance where I accidentally blew a fuse using my US blow dryer, and they immediately came to my aid and fixed it. It made me proud to showcase Indian hospitality to my American boyfriend, especially since US hospitality has been declining. The breakfast buffet is absolutely to die for, offering a vast variety of delicious options. I was relieved to be done with my stay, or I might have gained a few pounds from indulging in all the amazing food.

The only downside was that the room was a bit small, and I wish they had rooms with two queen-size beds. While booking it says - sleeps 3, which in any app means 3 adults lave large enough beds to sleep in. They were two twin beds. I had to talk to their Helpdesk for almost a month to convince them to add a third bed. Additionally, the room was a bit chilly, and the heating didn't work as expected.

Very clean and quiet business hotel from Mariott. Nice large room. Great bathroom as per Euro standards. Dinner included in my rate was truly brilliant with some 20+ main courses, salads and desserts. My coat and short Ironing worth Euro 10 was included. The restaurant allowed me to stay almost till midnight. The restaurant staff is brilliant too. I have lived in Europe for a decade so I would rate this place as a great business hotel. Doesn't have more restaurants within but still a great place

30-45 mins from the airport but that's not the hotel's fault it's the traffic in Delhi. But truly worth the time spent.

The service was first class, all staff, helpful, friendly attentive. Hotel was spotlessly clean, great furnishings and an enormous choice at breakfast. Food was lovely, bed comfortable and room had a great view. Gorgeous shower. Excellent value for money.

We had a wonderful stay, but the only thing that spoilt it was we arranged for your hotel transport to drop us off at Terminal 2 on our morning of departure. Despite telling the driver we needed Terminal 2 he actually dropped us off at Terminal 3 which we didn't realise until we tried to check in. This caused us all sorts of hassle and a rush to get ourselves and luggage to Terminal 2 in time for our flight. The transport cost wasn't cheap so disappointed. Due to this only giving a 9 and not 10 rating.

We were exhausted when checked in the hotel late night and after check in Aniruddh ( one of the hotel staff ) realised our exhaustion and offered us relaxing green tea for better sleep. This kind of kindest gesture make big difference for tourists specially when have exhausting day. Cheery on top, tea was delicious and did help for better sleep 😊

Fantastic Stay. The front staff arranged a cake for my Birthday. Thanks to Courtyard by Marriot and the front Staff Gurugram Down town. One of my best birthday to keep in memory even though it was a short trip. Weldon !!!!

There is nothing I can't like there. All staff, location, food, all very good and very nice atmosphere and ambience throughout.

Excellent service and culture in the property. Everyone was so polite and genuinely eager to help. If you even just make eye contact with someone, they'd approach and ask if they can be of any assistance. A very nice feeling. The room size is very good too.

The quality of food at the breakfast could be a bit better.

The breakfast was awful. It was actually not edible. The chef did not know how to make eggs properly. The omelette was flat with no salt. The dosa batter was very sour and the sambhar was very very salty. Charging almost 18000 per night is a criminal waste of money.

I would highlight the cleanliness of the hotel which I would rate the highest. The food was good too with an elaborate spread of buffet breakfast and dinner. The hotel staff were very courteous and helpful at all times.

The breakfast menu was good, but it was mostly of South Asian variety. We will prefer to get a balance of other Asian cuisine. But the dinner buffet was beyond our expectations.

Good sized rooms; comfy bed; good shower; good desk & sockets; restaurant ok but gets a bit samey after a few days; staff very helpful
