The boutique was located close to El Peñón, Downtown, and Granada. Beautiful places to “tardear” and chillout with friends.

Staff in the front desk, kitchen, and maintenance were very friendly and the were eager to help during my time in the Boutique.

We enjoyed our stay. - The staff are very kind and helpful. - The hotel is located at the heart of Cali's prettier (and safer) neighbourhood. - There is a rooftop terrace from which you can enjoy nice views of the city, especially at night. - We really liked the decor of the hotel and of the room.

No major drawbacks. Our room had an outdoor area, which was nice, but privacy wasn't total since people from the breakfast area had some visibility of it. There are different WiFi networks to join, but sometimes they would alternatively go down or become slow when connecting from inside the room and we needed to switch network. No issue with WiFi at any time when outside of the room.

The hotel was very clean, fun, lively, and relaxing all at the same time. The staff is so helpful. The reviews I found online before were on point. The staff bends over backwards to make sure you are happy.

The property is centrally located in San Antonio. It has 24 hour security and front management. It was clean the room was spacious enough. There is a simple rooftop with 24 hr access They offer fast laundry service at a reasonable price. There was a refrigerator in the room

A lovely colonial-style hotel with a courtyard with a fountain. A comfortable roof terrace. The hotel is located in a good area where there are many good restaurants. Beautiful, spacious rooms. The courteous staff helps to solve all your questions.

Liked the location, in the San Antonio District among great restaurants and a nice park. If you are a bird watcher spend some time on the rooftop veranda watching the Macaws.

As a vibrant part of city it can get noisy. Quiets done nicely at night.

Clean and well maintained hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very secure gated entrance. The location was great to access the restaurants of San Antonio and close to Salsa Pura just down the road where we enjoyed a salsa class

Very small criticism that the aircon unit was a bit noisy and didn’t seem to have any cooling effect and just acted like a fan but fine for the Cali climate.

The hotel is in a great location, charming and the staff is incredibly friendly. The room had all that is needed. Breakfast was simple but very good.

This is lovely hotel, colonial in style with a fountain in the middle of the property. The staff was very helpful, the rooms were so quiet and clean, and the neighbourhood felt quite safe to walk around at night. There are lots of restaurants in that area.

I would say that the breakfast could use some improvements. It was a very basic eggs and toasts. The fruit juice was watery, and the fruit was over ripe.

First class service in a hotel that is in a great location. Very clean and the showers are fast and hot. Great stay.
