We reserved a disability accessible room since my husband uses a walker. The room was spacious enough to easily accommodate him and it had a roll in bathroom as well. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the room had a refrigerator and microwave, which were very handy. As for the breakfast, it was a continental breakfast as advertised so there were no eggs, bacon or sausage but there were sufficient choices to meet our needs.

The bathroom could have been updated The door frame was scratched and needed to be painted and the light in the shower was out and needed to be replaced. Also the toilet seat was loose and needed to be tightened.

Friendly, accommodating staff. They care about their guests, as I forgot my charger on the nightstand, and the staff gladly kept it safe for me to come pick it up. The other great aspect of the establishment is that it is close to great restaurants and bars within walking distance, which have great environments/ambiance as well. If you want to do electronics shopping, there is a Best Buy close by as well. A very enjoyable stay if you are visiting either the Football Hall of Fame in Canton, Ohio, or the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland. The whole neighborhood provides you to split the distance between the two places, without having to pay high prices in downtown Cleveland. Strongly recommend the place for the all around neighborhood and location.

Place needs minor touch ups that are cosmetic. I personally didn't mind, the establishment was clean, spacious and comfortable.

At first I thought “oh no, it’s a Super 8…it’s going to be gross and have bugs.” Boy was I pleasantly surprised! This place was VERY clean and comfortable.

The hallways are long and you can easily get lost trying to find breakfast, but just follow the smell of the waffles.

The price of course. The front desk clerk was very courteous and professional. The room was better than I expected for the price. Location was close to everything. Breakfast was available. There was a gym, vending and laundry.

There was a $100 deposit required when you check in that I wouldn’t have known unless I read the previous reviews. I think that’s kind of messed up but I understand why. The beds are noisy but if you are staying for a day or two you’ll be okay. Other than that I have no other complaints.

Easy to get to and price was nice.

Selected the upgraded jacuzzi room and there is no way I would use that bath for anything other than a shower. The tub is all chipped up and looks like it is unclean even though the marks appear to be permanent chips missing. Still had to double and triple take that it was not hairs in the tub.

Staff was very pleasant! Management offered to refund our final night's stay when we had to cut our stay short due to a medical emergency.

I wish the Baymont Wyndham chain would upgrade to better in-room coffee makers!

Great location and staff.. Harry and the front desk girls were awesome 👍 Great place to stay for the price, after reading reviews I decided to stay..some of the reviews most from old management.. I didn't have any issues like the reviews were saying. I would just change the room if needed.. besides for the price it was a great place..

There was nothing that we didn't like, Harry the manager upgraded our room due to the time we stayed 3 weeks and gave us a suite worth a million, so much room for my family.

It was clean

The room was very clean however the tubs need to be replaced. The rooms are remodeled but those tubs are bad . I had to put a towel down to take a shower . The tub was peeling so bad and cracked

The breakfast was good.

The microwave needs to be totally replaced, it looked like food had been in there a long time and that it is never cleaned. It also needs a sign telling people where it is since it’s in a closed cabinet!

The breakfast options were good and the area was very large and inviting. I liked the fact that you could get coffee 24 seven. my room was very clean and comfortable

The toilet was pretty low to the floor and the tub was a bit outdated but the shower worked fine
