The most amazing customer service! I booked a room through bookings around 1am. When I arrived, the desk clerk couldn't find my booking. He called the manager from home and the manager ended up upgrading my room, although they only charged me the price from bookings. I ended up getting a two night stay for the price of one! The manager was extremely kind and emphatic. The desk clerks were great as well. The room was clean, huge and well worth it! I would definitely stay here again!

It would nice for them to have more grass for dogs to use the bathroom.

I had a spring in my mattress that I could feel, I didn't care for their kitchen items process so I'm so happy we brought our own pots pans silverware and crock pot electric skillet etc, bathroom has mold in shower I kept spraying mold and mildew remover on it...breakfast consists of open cupboard with muffins and granola bars that's it..one night fire alarm went off only 6 of us walked the stairs and came down to wait for all clear but all in all its a decent place for the price and staff are very friendly!

We really liked how quiet and private the hotel was. The rooms were clean and well kept, and the suite we were given had a partial kitchen with a refrigerator and working stove. This brought an additional level of comfort to our stay. The staff were courteous and attentive, we really appreciate how kind Yoely was to us. We will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and will be returning guests.

Staff seemed friendly and had a good energy about them. Room convenient with a kitchen. Loved location near the bay

People smoke too close to the building. Staff should enforce the rules
