Quick and easy. Extremely nice at the front desk. Everyone was absolutely wonderful except the breakfast lady who was absolutely miserable and pissy. Just because I was a few minutes to get something to eat. It was like 1010. There was guests still in there so I hurried as fast as I could and I was very polite. I even complimented her but she just wasn’t having it. I understand she has a job to do and what not but my hours are all messed up cuz I’m 3 hrs behind, where I’m from. Anyways, that was the worst out of everything.

Great breakfast included sausage egg muffins, waffles, breads, juices, cereal... Requested and got first floor for elderly parent, easy walk from side entrance. Non lobby entrances required key access for extra safety. Clock, microwave and mini fridge very handy. Fresh towels when requested. Bath mat provided for extra stability in tub/shower. Mann took care of front desk and provided extra attention, made guests feel welcome.

Room 126 desk phone did not work, plug in bathroom too close to new mirror unable to use and room key stopped working for several guests a day early. Coffee maker but no supplies. Room 120 mold on bathroom wall, possibly from previous occupants wet towels but was cleaned as soon as reported to Mann. Rip on carpet near door was trip hazzard for elderly person. Got email&text to check out 1 day early that caused confusion.

One of the last rooms available was a handicap-friendly room, and it was very comfortable. Looks recently upgraded, all fresh and roomy.

Huge dumpster partly blocking the driveway when I arrived on motorcycle. This suggested that a refurb was ongoing -- but on a weekend? I know it's a nuisance, but that thing should be pulled out of the way if there's no actual work being done. If this hadn't been one of the last rooms in town, I would have driven on past.

Not a thing it was not a great breakfast.

The only hot thing you had was waffles, and I don’t like waffles. Your toaster was not working because you had bad wiring and a blue fuse or something. The hard boiled eggs tasted old. So it was yogurt or cold cereal. There was no half-and-half for the coffee. You had to use milk. Your breakfast has something left to be desired. Maybe hot eggs and sausage would help.

Loved the service and employees. The man who cleaned the breakfast room was very nice and very efficiant. He was always cleaning! There could have been more attention paid to the pool as there were never many towels. The first day we went to the pool, there were none.

The only thing I don't like is the location. We would love to stay somewhere, with similar value, on or closer to the water!

Great staff. Always friendly and ready to help. You can tell they were trying to upgrade with new carpet and the rooms were nice for an older facility.

The breakfast was non-existant. Cereal or some limited fruit. I guess the great price we paid was the consequence of that. When we first arrived it was pretty noisy with the kids running up and down the hall, but I guess that was more a parent responsibility.

Staff was friendly and helpful when anything was needed. Only thing that was requested was extra towels. The room was clean and met all expectations. Breakfast is self serve with convenient hours; multiple options available. Pool and hot tub were clean and available for use during the times listed (8a-11p).

Dimon was absolutely phenomenal. We arrived late and had to call for check in. She was so gracious and kind when she chexked us in. Same with the morning staff. Very pleasant and kind. Will utilize this property again next year.

I would have liked to have an option of eggs or oatmeal (something not just sweet) for breakfast. Maybe even hard boiled eggs.

The Bed was comfortable, the room was clean and had a large recliner in it that I just loved. The Room was quiet and the staff was more then helpful. I was in the are for my grandmother's funeral, I had arrived earlier then intended for check-in and they were able to get me in the room quickly so I could change for the funeral. The staff, especially Parker was so very helpful and respectful during this hard time. I would recommend this place again.

The waffle maker is great, but eggs and breakfast sausage/ bacon would be a nice addition to breakfast.

The pool area was in disarray. It was good the pool was working, but it felt like a construction zone.
