Due to unseen circumstances we couldn't get to the Hotel until very late so we called and asked if they would save our room for us and they did even though it was a holiday weekend. Additionally we needed to get to the airport the following morning and the manager called a cab for us. They went above and beyond to help us. The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was nice and open from 6 to 10 am which benefited us. We would recommend to a friend.

The location was perfect. I was a vendor at a craft show and it was within a half mile from the venue. My room was very clean, ice machine was close, and the staff was very friendly.

My blow dryer didn’t work. Not a big deal. I mentioned to the front desk about the blow dryer, and he was apilogetic and told me I should have called, they could have taken care of it. I knew that would be an option, but it was ok, it didn’t bother me, I just wanted to let them know.

Excellent location right off the main road through town and close to lots of restaurants. The employees were SO friendly and helpful. Lots of parking available close to your room. King sized bed was SUPER comfy and had a very spacious room & bathroom. Continental breakfast was good.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was good. Good selection of TV channels. Good wifi. Used the shower and blow dryer, both very satisfactory.

Our clerk who checked us in charged us after we had already paid on booking.com. I went to the desk the next morning and they quickly refunded me.

The staff were fantastic. In particular the night manager changed our room so that my disabled partner didn't have to walk far or climb the stairs, and that was a life saver.

The breakfast wasn't really a breakfast.

The manager was very nice and the room had been refurbished. Everything was clean and comfortable

The breakfast was not fresh. The rolls, mini muffins were stale and the bagels were hard. We had to opt for making a waffle and the coffee in our room because the coffee in the breakfast room was pretty bad.

The location was perfect for access to the hospital. The staff was warm and helpful. The bed was comfortable.

There was no chair except a hard desk chair in the room and the bathroom was tiny.

Location Facilities

Breakfast was nice, but had to wait for eggs first day, then no milk for the grandkids cereal the third day. You know your number of guests, so should be prepared.

Location was great. Restaurants available were good. Escanaba is great base location for travel in the U.P.

Handicapped accessible room was almost too small. The distance between the dresser and end of the bed was tight. Had to move a chair to get to the other side of bed. Probably should have a queen size bed verse a King. Bathroom was ok.
