Location of the hotel was great - near international street, but not right in the middle, so you still get the same access but without all the noise/people wandering around. Rooms were comfortable for two people, adequate space considering other Japanese hotels. Water pressure in the shower/bath was great. Free amenities available for those who have forgotten their toothbrush/hair brush etc. Wasn't explained, but there are microwaves/washing machines/ice machines available on a certain floor (forgot which level), so very convenient for those who want to pick up something from the convenience store to have as a late night snack.

There is no drop off area at the front of the hotel for those arriving by car - you'll need to pull into their carpark which are staffed (who then assume you are parking your car in the parking lot).

Breakfast was excellent. Lots of options and good quality. Location was perfect, right next to the main street (Kokusai dori). Our welcome was great, and very friendly staff. There were free umbrella’s for you to take. Room was spacious with a view on the city. There was a desk in the lobby where you could take free amenities. There was a storage space/lockers where you could drop off your luggages. Very safe!

Nothing, everything was amazing. One small thing what could improve were the breakfast hours (ends at 9:30, last order).

The location of the hotel is extremely convenient. It’s just a short walk from one of the most popular tourist spots, Kokusai-dori Street, where you'll find plenty of shops and restaurants. The nearest monorail station is only about a 5-minute walk away. The room was clean and comfortable, making the stay even more enjoyable. I will definitely stay at this hotel again the next time I visit Okinawa.

Everything was great At check out I was asked for 10 yen (0.06 US cents) for a local phone call I made from the room to a restaurant, which was of course not a problem, but I would suggest the management not to ask for minimal charges like this at check out with the spirit of ensuring a fast check out to customers

The rooms are absolutely gorgeous. The bathroom was perfect. The lobby was beautiful. This is honestly the place to stay if you visit Okinawa. The location cannot be beat. It is a 5 minute walk to the main shopping street, Kokusai Dori. Less than a 10 minute walk to the train station which brings you from Naha airport and for persons who do not have time to rent a car like me, it is surrounded by bus stops. The amenities were great, the staff was exceptional. Highly recommend!

There isn't much not to like about this hotel. Location is excellent, only a short taxi ride from the airport and walking distance to some excellent restaraunts and the high street area. Staff were of course extremely polite and happy to help whenever they could. The whole hotel was clean, had a nice atmosphere and is just a pleasant place to be. We will definitely be returning when we visit Okinawa again.

Good hotel, located just next to Kokusaidori (International street) in Naha, thus plenty of places around for eating and shopping but at the same time not affected by the sounds and noises coming from the street. Friendly staff, very spacious room and good breakfast. Hotel easy to reach from airport, with a skyline stop (Miebashi) just a short walk away. Bus stops are also nearby. Many car hire places around and parking available at the hotel.

Well-kept modern hotel. Rooms are thoughtfully designed esp. the well-furnished bathroom. For a Japanese facility, I had no problem as all were clearly labeled and looked recent. The breakfast included many local dishes and were top notch and included many surprises (why did that “egg” seem to have a nozzle on it (you’re supposed to poke it with a toothpick but I won’t spoil the surprise for you). The desserts were great- have you tried a “croffle?” Check out the view of the city from the library.

Not much I didn’t like. Maybe the noise from passersby late at night. Larger labels (including. English) on dishes?

This hotel was clean and comfortable. It was in a good location with easy access to shops and not far from the monorail station. We had breakfast there on one morning (it was not included so we paid extra). It was an adequate breakfast but nothing outstanding.

Unfortunately we were unable to stay at the hotel for the first 2 nights we had booked. When we communicated this to the hotel they took a long time to acknowledge our message.

I liked its location, where the hotel was close to the main shopping street, Kokusai. It's also less than a 10-minute walk to the light rail station. Staff were generally quite helpful and attentive, as expected of a four-star hotel. The size of the room was decent, where we could open two large luggages comfortably. I also liked the bead pillow, and thought the bed comfortable.

We were unable to take public bus to the hotel on the day we arrived due to a marathon. We did not know, and due to translation issues our bus driver dropped us really faraway because he could not enter the area. In the end, we walked for one hour to the hotel pushing our luggages. Would have helped if the hotel could tell us in advance there was a marathon happening (since there was a bunch of marathoners staying at their property; I saw them all), and inform us in advance that the best way to get to the hotel was by light rail.
