The bedroom was basic but adequate for a short stay. The hotel is in a quiet side-street but within walking distance of the old city centre and railway station. Plenty of buses pass nearbye. The breakfast was much better than I expected from reading some reviews. Plenty of options including cereal, yoghurt, good bread, cheeses, fresh fruit, etc. Also it was available from 6am, which allowed me to both have breakfast and be in time for my train.

Check-in depended on receiving a key safe code just before arrival. I received it afterwards, which created a bit of a problem.

Only sometime people talk loudly on the street while walking and it is clearly audible because our room was street facing. But not too disturbing

OK room, well connected with the city center using local transport. Shared bathroom looks new, very clean, good shower.

We chose this hotel because we had to leave early to catch a train and they offered breakfast from 6 AM, the time we needed. When we arrived we saw they had a note posted changing the breakfast time by one hour later (7 AM), meaning we couldn't have it, we asked if it was possible to at least have a coffee at 6:45 but it couldn't be arranged. Maybe it was a particular situation, but you have to be careful with the information you give since timing is important for both parties.

If anybody is looking for a lovely bubbly place to stay is this one for sure! Wonderful tiny details all over the hotel, make u smile every moment of your stay.Especially for couples it’s a super cute place to stay, but my partner had first night on his own and also the one person acomodation was amazing value for the wonderful price! Breakfast were tasty and in very sweet little dining place. View from the double room is straight to the beautiful historical church on the other side of the road, great bonus 😄. we are recommending this to absolutely anyone!

The receptionist was really kind, the place was exceptionally clean and pleasant. It is not newly renovated, however, it surpassed by expectations - great value for money!

All I was aware of when booking - that the bathrooms are shared, for example. But it was quiet and not too bothersome, at all.

A convenient place to spend one night while on the way to somewhere else. We booked an ensuite room, which was comfortable and clean. The buffet breakfast was good.

There needs to be better wifi. Our room was very close to the office but it was hard to pick up the signal, and it kept going on and off. There were floor tiles and other materials left in the corridor which gave the place a rather shabby feel.

A nice small hotel in a pleasant neighbourhood. Friendly and very helpful staff. Clean spacious room with a sink, clean and tidy also the shared bathroom. Main train station and the historic centre ca. 15-20 minutes walk (there are also buses).

The staff of this hotel are just AMAZING. The breakfast was ready every day and it was also perfect. The hotel itself is located in a tranquil, accessible location. Altogether, I assure you will have a comfortable stay at Hotel Neustadt.

A very hospitable welcome. The room was very spacious with a separate sitting area as well as a workspace. For long term visitors there are lots of space and coathangers. The beds were really comfortable. It was a bit strange to have the washbasin next to the beds and not near the bathroom/shower and the toilet. The breakfast had a good spread and the staff really focused on their job- being hospitable and service minded. A bonus to be able to look at the hens in the garden while eating.

There is nothing really but the smokers gather just outside the entrance of the hotel so the smoke itself goes straight into the rooms.

The hotel and the rooms have a homey, fresh and welcoming interior. Breakfast is ok for 5 euro. The rooms are clean and comfy. Sharing a bathroom is not the best, but it lowers the price. They provide soap and shampoo. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the price is really ok for what you get. There is a LIdl supermarket within 500 meters of the hotel. The surroundings are welcoming. Osnabruck is a nice city.

The bed last time was fine but in this room it was hollow. I could not get the outside metal curtain to go back down further than halfways which led to me waking up early because of the light. I would have appreciated some fresh fruit with breakfast.
