It’s a few km out of town and there is no public transport, so if you are walking the Via Francigena it’s not a good option! Booking in for dinner is, delicious, as is the extensive breakfast. Lovely helpful and friendly staff.

Cooperation from the front desk when we were stuck in Medesano without transport was lacklustre. We needed to find a taxi (after a supposed Uber booking cancelled at the last minute) and our Italian wasn’t good enough to talk to the driver, would have been good if the front desk could have arranged it for us. In the end two young girls in Medesano were far more helpful!

The location, cleanliness and general presentation of the Hotel and rooms is very good, I have stayed many times and it is consistently spotless and clean.

Having stayed here many times over the years, I really think it is well past the time that the potholes in the drive way were filled in !!! It is not a big job and detracts very much from the efforts that are being made within the Hotel structure itself, especially so as it is behind a half built structure in a state of abandon, the access drive to the Hotel having large potholes presents itself extremely poorly particularly when guests arrive their first experience is the half built monstrosity followed by the need to navigate around the holes in the drive.

Nice newish motel, but very isolated if you don't have a car. The lady receptionist was super friendly and efficient unlike the surly man who answered the phone but hung up on me as I couldn't speak Italian. Great breakfast is included. I was walking the Via Francigena and arrived on a Sunday but their restaurant is closed on Sundays , so the nearest town restaurant was 3kms walk each way along a busy road.

Remote and far from anything if you don't have a car. The restaurant is closed on Sunday . The receptionist hung up on me because I can't speak Italian.

Very attentive receptionist. Gave us various options to eat inside, outside or in bedrooms. Service was exceptional and we very much enjoyed our meal. All very clean and comfortable. Good breakfast.

Arriving at the hotel we were met by a derelict building, so we drove into town. We asked for directions and ended up finding the actual hotel behind the derelict concrete structure!!

The location is ideal for a one night stop. Excellent for its price, with very friendly staff, good breakfast buffet, clean well-equipped quiet rooms. We also very much enjoyed the exquisite dinner in the nearby 'cheese place', where we bought excellent parmesano cheese. We wii come again!

Rooms were clean and with good smelling, there was good amount of soap to use, beds were comfortable, breakfast with a good range of things and a delicious italian coffee!

I thought it had a swimming pool and a playground as per description on booking

Most important for me was parking. Lots of free parking and lots of spaces. Easy to get to. It was a great find and I’ll definitely be booking again.

Comfortable, very clean, a good modern hotel. They have an excellent chef! Excellent evening meal and good breakfast. Quiet room.

Access is via a very busy road hazardous if you are trekking, OK if you are in a car.

Near to the autostrada, but very silent room. Our little dog was welcome for 10 Euro extra the night. Breakfast was excellent! Thank you very much!
