The room was with a king size bed which was small but typical of European size rooms. The room, bathroom and terrace were very clean. Their restaurant was excellent and their waiter Marco was awesome. Best food for dinner we had in Parma and so we had dinner there for 3 nights. We never had breakfast there bc we were always on the run, but did see that they had a very nice spread for breakfast.

You must have a car if you're staying there. There is nothing to walk to from the hotel. You can't take a walk after dinner. It's a bit industrial area, but It's convenence is that it's close to the autostrada and not in the center of Parma but 5 minute drive into the center.

Swimming pool, very professional staff ready to help and asist. Very clean room and amazing balcony to use if you travel with kids.

Breakfast is less than average, if you really like a sweet croissant or poor quality hotdogs sausages and typical hotel scramble egs, then you will enjoy it. In whole Italy, you will never enjoy breakfast like in France, Poland, Belgium, Portugal or Spain.

The room and interior of this hotel was so much nicer than some of the BW chain hotels I’ve stayed at in the UK. The room was very modern, clean and spacious, and our dog was welcome (even in the restaurant). The food in drinks in the restaurant was reasonable and of a very good standard, with very attentive service. We have an EV and had no problem charging in the hotel’s car park. Staff were very welcoming and helpful.

There is nothing to dislike. We will return.

Freshly decorated. Really nice room with lovely underfloor heating, comfortable bed, safe, balcony, and good bathroom. Short walk to Old Town. EV chargers too. Only stayed one night on a stopover but would go again if in Parma. They gave me a free upgrade, which was kind of them. Would be a nice place to stay in the summer when the pool is open. Would happily have stayed longer if possible.

It was very clean and the room aesthetic was nice. It had everything you needed to spend the night. Dinner and breakfast were good and catered for gluten free and available at the hotel. There was free parking just outside. A small pool with lounge chairs right off the lobby, so convenient. The room had a balcony and blockout blinds the air conditioner wasn’t too aggressive and the room kept cool for while even after turning it off. The staff were nice and spoke English.

Hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful. Food in the restaurant was delicious. Having the outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers were great for relaxing. 15 minute walk to the train station. Nearest shop 2 minutes walk around the corner.

The rooms are small but clean and well-organized. We only spent one night, but the beds were comfortable and the location was very quiet. The staff at the hotel were helpful for check-in and check-out and helped us with directions to restaurants in town. The parking was easy and free. There is a good supermarket a few blocks away.

The location is very good for having a car but a bit of a walk to the center of Parma.

1. Room needs a renovation, it's very good but it's showing its age. 2. A/C was not functional. If you suffer from heat waves, take into account this fact.

It has nice rooms, but family rooms woth balcony is ridiculuos.. big wall and if you want something to see you need stand up

Sorry for that but Food was terrible... we eat dinner in restaurant and was the worst dinner in a week stay in italy and it was almost 90euros for 2 pasta, 2kids meniu and bottle wine... not good

Great location. Very quiet hotel. Extremely clean rooms and premises. The staff was very welcoming and everybody responded to our needs with a great sense of service, smile and kindness. The people make the place!!!! and we wish we could stay longer. We surely appreciated our stay there and will probably come back.
