Stunning property that has been beautifully and sympathetically renovated with stunning antique appointments, furniture and linens. The owner Elana and staff are so lovely and make you feel very welcome. Our room was spacious and comfortable, good water pressure in the shower and a quality amenities. Breakfast is fresh, plentiful and home made. The gardens of the villainous are really lovely and peaceful, parking is easy and it is just a short drive to get into Parma or to reach restaurants, the countryside and local sites. Very highly recommended.

Villino di Porporano is a perfect place to stay. The house is great and the gardens and pool area are stunning - beautifully maintained and very peaceful. Elina is a great host - she recommended restaurants and made reservations for us each day we were in Parma. Breakfast is fantastic - especially the home made cakes! If we ever visit the Parma area again, we will definitely stay at Villino di Porporano

The villa is very beautiful with large garden and a big well maintained pool. The rooms were pretty with air conditioning and light. The breakfast was delicious and Elena was very sweet.

They charge 6 euros per towels for the pool, and there isn't one complementary bottle of water. For a property that charges more than 200 euros a night, it is a little strange.

Your hostess (and owner) Elena is a ray of Italian sunshine. While you’re her guest she seeks only to increase the enjoyment of your stay. This B&B is designed with the greatest of taste and is immaculately clean. The gardens are beautiful, well tended and offer a pleasing place to enjoy a glass of wine or just commune with nature. The breakfast, prepared by a very sweet and talented young lady, may be the best you’ve ever had in an Italian B&B. It includes impossibly fresh eggs cooked to your specifications. Parking is free and VERY close.

I cannot say a single negative thing about Villino di Porporano.

Deliciously prepared breakfast with such a variety of home baked delicacies of Parma. Lovely cold meats and cheeses. The baked ricotta and tomatoes were a hit ! Manuela was always ready to serve with a great smile 😊 Always very helpful with guiding information regarding restaurants and shopping !

Some glasses in the room for water. Even though there were bottles downstairs, would have been easier to have botte and glasses in the room.

I can honestly not say enough about this beautiful property. Everything from the room to the very comfortable bed and the amazing owners and staff of this property make it special. If you have the opportunity to book, book it quickly. The complimentary breakfast was one of the best I’ve had yet in Italy. Absolutely loved my stay! Robert. Toronto, Canada.

This is a very beautiful and refined property just outside Parma -- feels like the country but so convenient to Parma with the added convenience of safe parking across the street. It's everything you want in a b&b: lovely, large, comfy room with excellent bed/bedding; terrific breakfast with the freshest eggs prepared as you like them; gorgeous pool; and lovely owner and chef.

Just wish my itinerary would have allowed for a longer stay!

This was of astonishing quality. Everything one would want from a B&b and more. The most luxurious linen sheets, a delicious breakfast with innumerable treats, lovely garden, each piece of furniture was lovingly chosen and of the highest quality, I could go on…

This property is out of Parma and nice being out of a busy city but close enough to get there to enjoy the sights. Elena connected us to a guide who took us on two amazing tours. A Paramigiano Reggiano factory and a Prociutto di Parma factory. A wonderful 3 day stay at Villino di Proporano. Grazie Elena and Manuella

Maybe it’s me not paying attention - but the area immediately around the property was more developed than expected. This was a minor thing, however.
