I recently stayed at this hotel in the center of Lublin and was extremely impressed by its excellent location. The hotel is situated right in the heart of the city, making it convenient to explore all that Lublin has to offer. The professional service provided by the staff was top-notch, making my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the breakfast offered at the hotel was excellent, providing a wide variety of options to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Lublin.

The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, clean, and well-maintained. Bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was not only beautiful and clean but also stocked with every amenity you might need. Room also had a fantastic view of the Plac Litewski! Staff were helpful with every request. The location is absolutely ideal for seeing everything you would like to see in the city. Although I didn't go every day, the breakfast area had good hours and was well stocked with standard fare of a good quality. Overall, if I come back to Lublin I will certainly be staying here again.

I have no complaints about anything at this property.

the rooms are really nice, spacious and comfy. the same about bathrooms: well equipped and clean we liked the free water vending machine in the corridor, serving boiling, cold and sparkling water breakfast is definitely awesome the location of the hotel is just brilliant!

all was good. the only thing is that from the outside architecture one might assume the historic interiors, whereas the hotel is super modern in rooms

breakfast was fine and lots of choice for those who like sweet things. For us veggies, not so much choice and we only found the toaster on the day we were leaving! fresh yoghurt would have been nice

the fact that we had 2 single beds put together and not a double. coffee was very weak so we went and bought some. Air con was turned off but the rooms were really very hot. (open a window and very noisy). think this should be guests choice and not the hotel

The location could not have been better. You’re in the heart of everything in Lublin! Breakfast was traditional polish food. Super yummy and beautiful! The room was a great size and very comfortable. The staff was wonderful!

I would have loved larger blanket for the bed and pillows. :) The king bed had 2 large blankets, one for each person as opposed to a king size comforter or quilt.

It is a very nice building even if mainly from the outside. The location is perfect just on the edge of the historic part of the city. Parking nearby was easy. The room was clean and well appointed.

The room was very small and rather airless, with a view on to the internal courtyard and some noise from ventilation duct.

They made me feel welcome and promptly attended to all my needs with a smile. Housekeeping: The housekeeping team at IBB Grand Hotel deserves special praise. They did an excellent job of keeping my room spotless throughout my stay. Breakfast: The breakfast at IBB Grand Hotel was nothing short of amazing. The wide variety of options catered to every taste and preference. I particularly appreciated the room service option for breakfast, which allowed me to enjoy a delicious meal in the comfort of my own room. My experience at IBB Grand Hotel was fantastic. The excellent service, meticulous housekeeping, and delectable breakfast options exceeded my expectations.

During my stay in the superior room, there was a door connecting it to another room. Although the door was locked, hearing someone else in the adjacent room made me feel uncomfortable. I addressed this concern to the reception, and they kindly offered to move me to another room, which I appreciated.

Great city center location, ample comfy room and nice buffett breakfast in a historic location/building. Front desk staff was very friendly.

Our "modern room" while being very spacious and well appointed, had two very small windows overlooking Plac Litewski and two huge skylights that gave great illumination to the room. Problem was, did not see any control or accesory to close the shades, and of course was woken up early sunday by the bright light coming directly overhead.

Nice room ... cool enough on a very hot day...friendly staff in general and a nice breakfast with lots of choices..It was easy enough to park in front of the hotel. Kardamon restaurant across the street was great...

The TV news channels are silly if you are an English speaker.. French and German channels for English speakers...???? Euro News is worthless..CNN is so much better and lots of us Yanks depend on it for news while traveling.. Management should consider offering it...

Great location, very good breakfast. No problem in finding parking places at the public street parking and it is not expensive (31 Pln for 24hrs. ticket)

It was cold in my room despite setting temp to warm, but maybe cold June is ro blame.
