Our stay at Epic Suites was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a high level of attention to detail and a caring, respectful attitude from the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, offering numerous complementary services, food, and delightful surprises throughout our stay. The highlight of our trip was the beach hopping excursion. The staff were incredibly experienced and knowledgeable, making the adventure both enjoyable and informative. They were also very flexible, accommodating our interests and needs seamlessly. Overall, Epic Suites provided one of the best customer service experiences we've ever had. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and luxurious getaway.

One thing to note is that Epic Suites has no nearby beaches and is about 12km from Alona Beach, where all the action happens, so there are only a few choices for food around. It would be great if Epic Suites could provide a complimentary trip to Alona and Oceanica beach.

If you love traveling and have always imagined what the perfect hotel would be like, one that encapsulates, with class and style, all the beautiful features of those you have visited so far, this is the perfect place. The structure and design are flawless and meticulously detailed, but what makes it an unforgettable place is its staff. Their absolutely fantastic way of taking care of all customers, with dedication and attention to detail, makes every guest feel unique and valued. I hope to return one day and highly recommend it to anyone choosing Bohol as a destination in the Philippines.

The room is very comfortable with a very nice swimming pool. The staff almost tries too hard to give you a wonderful time. There is a small restaurant on site, and also a spa and gym. Lots of very friendly dogs. Nice welcome surprise. They do offer tours from the hotel. Amazing views, very quiet.

Nothing, all was great. The most convenient way for us to travel to the accommodation was with our own rental car, but if you are not an independent traveller they can cater to your every need. We like to explore countries on our own and it sometimes felt as if we disappointed the staff if we did not need their assistance with our plans for the day.

The view was amazing! The staff were very kind. My driver June was exceptional. On the way back from swimming with the whale sharks. I asked him to take me to eat lechon. He took me to the perfect spot and it was delicious. He was always arrived early to pick me up. Even had to be at the airport very early in the morning. He also fixed the water issue I had quickly.

This is just me personally but it was a little bit much as far as the staff. Texting and calling on the phone they supply. Asking me if I needed anything and if I wanted food. Some people like that so good on them. Personally I just like to be left alone. So if you’re someone who likes being catered to all the time then this is the place for u. It’s nothing bad I just thought it was a little bit too much. I could’ve said something to them about it but I just silenced the phone instead. It’s a little far from anything so just be prepared. It’s all good. I would stay there again.

From the moment we arrived the team at Epic Suites treated us amazingly. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone was so friendly and helpful. We loved the rescue dogs and cats that are so lovingly cared for. Whilst everyone was amazing a special thanks to Adryan for his fantastic cocktails and the laughs on our fishing adventure. To Lai for her help booking us into the most amazing day tours and Dawn in the restaurant for her lovely service. Everyone really went above and beyond our expectations and we can’t talk highly enough about how wonderful our stay was. The accommodation was so luxe and we loved the outlook from our pool. We can’t wait to come back next Nov with the family.

The best and exceptional service ever. Rate it 10 out of 10. Upon arrival we were welcomed with a complementary kalamansi juice, sweets and a fruit place. The hotel has only a few rooms (5 or 6), as a result the staff knows you personally and do their best to satisfy all your needs. Anytime we needed anything they were always there ready to help (whether it was snorkeling with sharks, bike rental or transfer to the airport). The room is spacious with a separate small room for the luggage and things. All rooms are with seaview, breakfast is provided upon request to your room (they have a choice of dishes and you make an order in the evening). Each room is equipped with a cell phone, so whatever you need anything you just need to text the reception. You have a perfect opportunity relax in a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere during your vocation. I'd call this hotel "paradise for introverted people" as you almost never see other guests, connect to the staff via WhatsApp (if you don't want to go to the reception) and get room service once it needed. All the dishes at the restaurant were really delicious for quite a reasonable price (coctails 190-250 peso, burger - 540 peso, entrees 400-850 peso), so we stayed at the hotel and decided not to go anywhere else for lunch or dinner. Our flight was cancelled and the staff was there to help us rebook our stay. Will definitely return.

Words cannot describe how amazing this hotel is. We booked last minute for one night after a change in plans and a bad experience at another hotel. The hotel organised a pick up from our previous location which was great. When we arrived, the staff greeted us with welcome drinks and smiles and we instantly felt like we were right at home. This continued throughout our stay and the service was exceptional. We had the Poseidon massages shortly after we arrived which are the best massages we have ever had. Ford, the waiter who looked after us during our dinner (the hotel set up a private table on the rooftop for us) was brilliant. We stayed in a king suite which was amazing value. The private pool was beautiful at sunrise. The bed was so comfortable and breakfast (served at the pool) was epic. We were genuinely very sad to leave. Sadness was only slightly abated by the cats and dogs sanctuary next door. Some of the owners dogs wander in the hotel but were so friendly and sweet (all vaccinated). The owner is so passionate about the animals and looking after them, we felt really moved. Would really recommend a stay at epic suites Bohol. What could have been a bad experience in Bohol turned into such a special memory. We can’t wait to return!

My wife and I recently stayed at Epic suites bohol and wanted to share our outstanding experience. While the hotel currently holds a rating of 9.9, we believe it truly deserves a perfect score of 10. The hotel is stunning, featuring spacious and well-equipped rooms that cater to every need, along with a beautiful private pool. However, what truly made our stay exceptional was the incredible staff. They were not only helpful but also genuinely caring. When we faced travel disruptions due to a storm, the team went above and beyond to assist us. They offered us all possible help including a driver who helped us with everything, and even reduced the price for our last night, which we had to extend unexpectedly. This level of service and compassion is something we have rarely encountered in other hotels. If you're looking for a remarkable stay with outstanding service, we highly recommend this place. You won’t be disappointed!

I cannot simply describe how I am satisfied with my stay at the Epic Suits (I believe the name is also Bohol Social Club) Rooms Large, clean, with hot water, well decorated, and cool as outside is so hot. We wanted to spend the whole day in the room only :) for girls: there is a great hairdryer in the room, also weight and Netflix (who is interested) Services They have a really great organized room service: you could ping them anytime (use a mobile in the room and chat with the concierge). The common swimming pool, gym and spa. You could order a massage in the spa (what I did) and I can say it was the best massage in the Philippines I have Animals What the owner does in order to help animals is huge! I adore people who do something meaningful in life, help hopeless animals in need...my big respect! Concept Yes I like the concept - adults only :) even if you're a parent don't lie yourself, time to time you want to stay in a place without kids crying and making mess around Personnel I see a huge managers work here, the organization is on the high level, however without the best staff it wouldn't be possible. The personel/team is just AMAZING! Guys you are sooo great, you made our stay unforgettable. So much care, smiles, attention, politeness and kidneys. You are the real precious of the hotel! It's not like just you want to come back, it's like you don't want to leave! We wanted to explore Panglao, instead we spend the whole time in the resort :) that's how great it was!
