I love the relaxing ambiance. Cozy bed and clean room. Accomodating staff. Swimming pool are very clean. Good food. I really love to go back there and stay more days. Thank you so much Bohol Plaza Mountain Resort and Restaurant.

At first, I was like thinking that it's too far. But when I arrived there it was dope oh I've told myself even if it is far I would come and come again and again.

The mountainous view, the overlooking with view of the city of Tagbilaran and the seaview. I like the landscape of the accommodation.For me, it is a quiet place away from the busy road and city life. Big swimming pool.

It was not good because we were with the elderly and the room that we've got was needed to go downstairs and unfortunately the elevator was not working so they needed to pick them through the motorcycle to go down to room we've got. It is just that the accommodation is under renovation, but overall, it is a beautiful place to stay with.

Room was comfortable and clean.

Shower drain mostly blocked making the floor flood during shower use. Restaurant menu needs to be updated as a number of items are not available. Free breakfast was average and small. Property needs updating and maintaining as it's looking very rundown.

Amiable staff did their best to accommodate us for the night.

Booked three nights via booking.com mobile app, but property -- through some complication I could not quite understand -- did not receive notice of our reservation. They did agree to lodge us for one night but claimed they could not accommodate the full reservation due to being fully booked. Although I am perfectly willing to give them the benefit of the doubt, our personal observations during the overnight stay would seem to contradict this claim and rather it seemed as though there were other factors outside of our control that prevented them from hosting us. I do not believe this is the space to speculate on such a sensitive topic, but we did feel that our ethnicity was a contributing factor to this refusal. However, the staff was apologetic and certainly kind enough -- particularly the absolutely lovely, rail-thin waif on reception duty at that time; indeed, were it not for her might have been less forgiving in this review.
