Everything, from the initial greeting at the reception, to the room, to the housekeeping was brilliant! The breakfast absolutely blew our minds! There was so much to choose from and all of the little dainty food decorations and snacks kept me thinking how do they do this everyday! The hotel is so conveniently located, very comfortable and very modern. It took me some time to figure out how the DND sign works - visited so many hotels and it's the first time I see something so modern. The housekeeper that attended our room was very sweet and freshened up the room nicely. If I ever go back to Rimini, I know which hotel to choose. :-)

The floorboards in the common areas can use a little wiping but I understand that it's hard to keep it spotless in such a light coloured hotel.

This hotel is absolutely amazing, i would go back any time. First : I recommend room with balcony / terrace. We had "twin room with balcony: (room number 103) and actually it has a beautiful terrace, with two huge sun chairs , very comfortable, flowers, everything green, super cozy. I highly recommend. Second: breakfast absolutely delicious , many options , from eggs, omelet, cold cuts (meat, cheese) , veggies, fruit, 4 different type of milk, marmalade, Nutella, caramel, pancakes, donuts, fruit tarte, lemon tarte, cheese cake, actually a lot of sweets, very good coffee, 3 type of natural juice, detox water, .. <3 And Third : LOCATION (you are on a nice avenue full of restaurants, shops, pharmacy, supermarket (you have everything there walking distance . Beach is 1 minute away (you just cross the street and have Beach number 36 Adriatic Village), nice sandy beach, nice water, chiringuito. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel, i would go back anytime <3 PS: Hotel stuff very friendly, girl from breakfast, guy from reception even wanted to take us to the train station with his own car believing that our taxi doesn't arrive in time. Open Hotel exceeded our expectations. The location is fantastic – just a short walk to the beach, yet perfectly quiet with no street noise at night. The rooms are modern, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. Beds are very comfortable, and everything is well-maintained. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Only one minus: there were no black out curtains.

Spacious room very clean, the location was good next to the beach and the breakfast was excellent.

The fridge in the room was tiny we could fit only 3 small water bottles after removing the drinks they had inside. The bathroom was not factional even though it was big enough, the shower door couldn’t open if the bathroom door was not closed. There was no space around the sink to leave our stuff, we couldn’t hang our towels anywhere.

Great location close to the beach and many restaurants. Exceptional staff! Very comfortable bed and quality linens. Excellent breakfast with lots of choices. Our room had a lovely large balcony with a table and chairs and plants. There is an attractive patio out front,used when the weather warms up.This is the second time we have stayed here and would return again.

This is very minor, but the soap dispenser should be placed between the sink and the bidet.

Lovely staff! We had a junior suite with a balcony and it was very roomy and comfortable as was the bed. The location was quiet but close to everything. The excellent breakfast included lots of fruit and vegetables as well as scrambled eggs and sausages plus the usual fine assortment of cakes, pastries, yogurt etc. The hotel is fairly new and nicely designed. It is not a beach hotel.

Super clean, modern hotel. Close to the beach and walking distatnce to the town. A nice neighborhood with small hotels and villas around.

The breakfast looked beautiful, but had very little vegetarian and no vegan options. The food (like eggs) seemed to be defrosted, and wasnt fresh. The staff was very helpful, so maybe there is a way to fix this.

The place is very cozy and new. The wonderful beach of Adriatic Village offers all the conveniences, conveniently located near the hotel, and it comes with a discount for Open Hotel Guests. The hotel rooms are exceptionally clean, and the staff is both professional and welcoming. The air conditioning works well, and the shower is excellent, which is especially appreciated as water pressure can often be weak in hotels.

For our complete comfort, the only thing we felt was missing was a kettle in the room. Boiling water was available at the reception, but it was not sufficient for more than two cups of tea due to the limited amount provided. Additionally, there is no vanity kit in the rooms. This didn't bother us personally, but it might be necessary for travelers flying with low-cost airlines and facing luggage limits. It's important to consider that the refrigerator is quite small and meant only for a couple of drinks.

The receptionists were very welcoming and helpful and the room was kept spotless clean, during our stay. We very much appreciated the wonderful breakfast with its excellent selection. I had stayed here last year and I just could not imagine staying any where else.

The hotel is very nice, clean, comfortable and everything is still new and in a very good condition. Staff was very pleasant and helpfull. The selection of food at breakfast was amazing too. We really enjoyed our stay at Open Hotel overall.
