The location was good. The room was amazing. The food was really nice too.

The phone in the room was not working to contact reception. There was a staff member on shift who was abit clueless and not a 5 star service. He booked the wrong activity for us too. We ended up having abit of an arguement with the staff about this and they didnt compensate anything. Meltem and Burak were very helpful

The location and the staff at the restaurant are great. Excelent breakfast. At night, the lights make you feel like you are in a turkish fairy tale. We were lucky to receive a room with very good view, there are not all the same. There are terraces all over the place, with relaxation areas. The location is so different from a regular hotel, it is like an old town center with room access directly from the street.

The water in the pool was freezing. The room was small and not the one we saw in the pictures when we made the booking, but we had all the facilities needed.

The place is incredibly beautiful, the architecture, the positioning, the view. With a different attitude of the staff plus some English courses, it could be a perfect place!

The reception staff is arrogant. It is difficult to understand the staff at the restaurant in English, although they are kind. We asked for coffee without milk, they brought it with milk. I ordered the Turkish stuffing. One day they brought, the next day the same person looks amazed and calmly says that they don't have such a thing. They forgot to bring the products, we had to ask them. There was never hot water in my parents' room, the faucet was also broken, but it didn't seem to be a problem when I reported it and nobody did anything. Boutique Hotel&Spa but without hot water in the room... The water in the pool is as cold as ice if the air temperature drops a little.

The property is absolutely incredible! Our room was stunning. When booking, we requesting the room 904 and we could not have been happier. It was a dream. In addition, property has a beautiful pool, view to the castle (especially at night). Stuff was nice and accommodating.

Restaurant could see some improvements in terms of service. Lady working there (whose name escapes me now) is going above and beyond to make things working and aims to provide timely service. But without her on site, the service was spotty.

The hotel is beautiful ad corresponded to the expectations. We had dinner at the restaurant, we picked Burack's suggestion and the food was very tasty.

The internet in the room wasn't great always getting down, although close to the reception, worked really well. The bed mattress was too soft, it had a "hole" in the middle. Both situations were reported to the staff, and they immediately mentioned they would look into it.

The hotel is beautiful, nicely located at the top of a small valley with a lovely view. Breakfast is one of the best we’ve ever had on a holiday only with local products and dishes freshly made in the morning for us. The staff is friendly and always happy to assist with any queries. The spa is beautiful, very clean and well organised.

Everything about ELIKA Cave suites exceeded our expectations. The rooms, the food, the staff were all wonderful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone planning to visit the area!

The corkage charge for guest staying at the hotel was exorbitant. They could perhaps review their charges and differentiate between guests staying at the suites and guests only dining at the restaurant.

What didn't I like this place is so magical every single detail one of the most incredible places I have ever stayed the staff where absolutely incredible upgraded us to the grand cave suite and let me tell you the room was unbelievable a 9000 year old cave the breakfast was the most incredible breakfast of my life and they just treated you like Royalty 👑 I am definitely coming back next year thank you so much for making my time in Cappadocia so magical only one way to describe this place DREAMY 😍🙌

Absolutely nothing!!!!!!

The hotel is amazing and very well designed. Our room was a real cave with a private jacuzzi and an amazing large bad! There was even an Italian machine for the coffee. The swimming pool is perfect and really clean. The breakfast is really lo luxurious and the staff is polite and available. There are also outside the hotel some really cute cats!

In our room was not possible to turn down completely the light and Netflix isn’t working
