Everything. The staff is amazing. Everyone from guys at the activities to bartenders to cleaners and cooks. We have visited quite some hotels and resorts but never had experiance with everyone being so nice and welcoming. Food was nice, especially in the Azur (fish) restaurant, Brasas and Uni restaurant. Everything was super clean, they have activities through whole day but of course ypu can also just relax at the beach. Bear in mind that the pool has really high concetration of Chloride so you get green swimsuit and skin if you are staying for too long in the water.

Maybe the beach is not the best but nothing hotel can do about it and after some trips around the Punta Cana islands it is pretty much the same everywhere (sand is lifting and algae are blooming so water is not clear). But they are removing algae from the beach every day so you reallly have nice access to the sea.

Staff was excellent. Including entertainment team, housekeeping, concierge and especially dinning staff. Will boom again in near future

Car rental options i was provided from booking.com is not accurate please be aware of the booking. At the retnal counter they say no car is available and cancelled put booking. I had confirmation that car is available.

Completely Renovated and the staff is excellent. The food is great and the areas of food completely clean. Very relaxing atmosphere.

Our room was not cleaned first day. Room cleaning arrived at 6pm we said no since it was too late.

When a tourist visits another country wants to enjoy the contrys' cultures such as language and music . I asked the DJ in the pool to play a little salsa merengue and bachata and they told me that it's against the hotel policy to play Spanish music. I and others guess thought that the hotel is "RACIST" this is a Spanish speaking country and that makes it worse . They told me that if we want to hear Spanish music to wait till 11 pm at the terrace, we did and for an hour every one danced and had fun. Ps boring entertainment too quiet at the beach and pool area .

Staff were incredibly friendly from the moment we arrived. Room was very clean and had a great view of the pool. Love that the pool ran throughout the property and every section was different so you could choose how quiet or loud you wanted it. The hibachi at the Jade restaurant was excellent serivng a ton of food.

No dinner buffer offered although resort was not busy so sort of understood why. Lunch buffet food was not hot enough and many items were actually cold. Food selection was good though

The pool is huge, which makes the hotel feel spacious and never crowded. The rooms are comfortable, and the food is generally good, although the buffet could offer a wider variety. The evening shows were entertaining, especially the circus performance. We also enjoyed the aquapark, particularly the river with its cascades.

Unfortunately, we visited during seaweed season, which was particularly bad this year so that we couldn’t use the beach. The restaurants' service were below expectations for a resort of this level, while the staff was friendly, there were too few of them, and service was very slow. The daytime entertainment and kids’ activities lacked variety and weren’t very engaging.

My family and I traveled to Punta Cana for the first time, and the experience was absolutely incredible. My child was thrilled with your pool — the idea of a river running through the entire hotel is simply brilliant! My spouse couldn’t stop raving about the cuisine: plenty of fresh vegetables and fruits, delicious meals every time, and the escimo ice cream was outstanding. Although we had a minor issue with the bathroom, your staff responded immediately and helped us move to another room without any hassle. I highly recommend this hotel and truly believe it won’t be our last visit!

Unfortunately, the sea was full of seaweed so we could not swim there.

The hotel is good, and the food is excellent with a wide variety to choose from. The rooms are clean, but the sinks and toilets could be cleaned a bit better. The grounds are well-maintained, and the staff is always ready to help. The restaurants are great — the steaks are delicious, and the Asian restaurant is excellent. The pizza near the beach is also amazing. Towels are always available and clean, so you don’t have to carry the same one around all day. I recommend this place.

However, the Italian restaurant needs a menu update — it offers the same food as the main buffet and wasn't impressive. We were there during seaweed season, so the beach was covered in seaweed.

I loved the quiet elegance of the property. It is beautiful with all of the palm trees and classy types of buildings. The staff was the best part!! They were so kind and friendly! I will say for non-Spanish speakers, brush up on your restaurant Spanish!

The only thing I didn’t like was something that nobody could help— the seaweed. If you are really looking for a beach getaway, check the seaweed forecast and avoid going in June/July. If you are looking for a relaxing and beautiful vacation, go whenever because the pool and facilities kept us with plenty of things to do without swimming in the sea.
