I do appreciate and thank the staff who has been so nice, helpful and professional. Special shout out to Ngoc Huyen who helped us from the bus station and who gave us good advice. It was our first time in Vietnam and Vung Tau and we were very well received. We have asked a nice room and it has been the case with a view on the mountain. The room was large with two bedrooms and two king sized beds plus one single. The location is good, very closed to the beach but a little far from the center. The swimming pool was nice but a little too hot and we did not think that there would be swimming lessons for children ;-) but finally it was funny to see them. The breakfast was good and the staff again very helpful.

The hotel is well maintained but is starting to get a little old in some parts. If it was renovated a little bit it would be perfect. As the hotel is a little far from the city center and it is very hot it is better to take taxi-grab. But closed to the hotel you can access to the funicular and climb to the top to have a magnificent view and enjoy the sunset

I lost my door key card and was charged for a new one - this is not normal practice I think - it is not the money but the principle.

Been staying in this hotel for on and off for ten years now, cannot fault the place, big rooms, big pool, great location, friendly staff

This apartment/hotel complex is a quality stay and value for money.

This is a great hotel. It was perfect for our family. The size of the apartment we rented was amazing. Both bedrooms had ensuite bathrooms. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were so spacious. More than adequate self-catering facilities and a big fridge. Lashings of hot water and a proper bathtub. Fantastic. Oh, and free laundry! Thank you very much! It has great amenities. Swimming pool, gym, tennis court, squashed court and ample parking. The location is so central that you could literally walk anywhere. The beach is a few hundred meters away. Parks, shops, convenience stores, and restaurants are all at your doorstep. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. It was really great. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us and made the stay even more pleasurable. Thank you to all the staff that looked after us. We will be back as soon as possible.

My only tiny complaint is the wifi. Although it is probably good enough for normal surfing, I had some conference calls to make while on holiday and the connection was a bit iffy. But this is a minor gripe.

The location is great (near the beach and tourist attractions). There were good facilities in the kitchen. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is a swimming pool which is clean and not too crowded.

Couldn’t connect to the wifi. Couldn’t use hot water in the bathroom
