I love this place, this hotel and its staff! Every time I come here from a big noisy city, full of stress and work, to recover in this paradise. Everything is provided for this: excellent comfortable rooms with a view of the beautiful sea, a sandy clean beach, always clear pure water without jellyfish and other sea troubles, comfortable and soft sun loungers and snow-white towels, wonderful blue pools, friendly and welcoming staff (professionals work here!) and healing magical nature: sand, pine trees, flowers, olive trees... This is a place where everything is thought out and nothing irritates. The room has everything: a coffee machine and a kettle, huge mirrors and a small mirror for applying cosmetics - exactly at the level you need, a large bathroom, a huge balcony, where it is so nice to relax in the shade on a hot afternoon. By the way, there are many families with children of all ages here, but you will not hear them on the beach: all the children frolic all day in the water park on the other side, so the beach itself is perfectly quiet. Separate, but very important, attention should be paid to the SPA complex - it is wonderful! In a couple of massage sessions, you will again become happy and balanced, your body will become light, as if you were no more than 17 years old. The best are lymph massage by Christina and classic massage with oils by Marcella - these are wonderful masters. I also definitely recommend you hydromassage in a pool with sea water with Zeta (Georgia). You will receive colossal fun, especially if you are together with a partner or a friends! Finally, I would like to write about the food: there are excellent cooks here! You will get everything you want: the most delicious dishes and huge selection - everything fresh and everything unusually delicious! You will eat heartily, but you will not gain weight, because there is a great balance of healthy and quality food. Overall, it's a magical place and I recommend it without any hesitation.

This is not a drawback, it is just a suggestion: it would be great if the hotel offered orthopedic pillows to guests - for those who need them

We had a lovely family holiday at Grecotel Riviera. The location is stunning — surrounded by pine and palm trees, with a beautiful beach and an amazing aqua park the kids absolutely loved. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, always doing their best to make sure everyone is looked after. A special thank you to Maria and the Grecoland team — they were fantastic with the kids and made every day fun!

The hotel is in desperate need for renovation. Some areas like the bathrooms, lifts, and the pools are quite dated and not well maintained. It’s a shame, because the hotel has so much potential. If you can look past those things, there’s still a lot to enjoy.

The absolute best thing was the service. The staff were so incredibly doting and detail oriented. We can’t thank them enough. Our stay was unforgettable. The facilities were beautiful and pristine, the breakfast was superb and always very fresh, and the evening activities were great fun for the whole family.

We wish the workers quarters were more appealing for the wonderful people who work there. And we wish the Whatsapp booking for activities and restaurants were a little more clear (there was a small mixup when we were there).

- food was excellent - the personnel was very friendly and helpful - the waterpark is great for the kids - beautiful white decor inside the hotel - a lot of swimming pools and available sun beds - the view from the dining and bar area was breathtaking (you can see Zakynthos, Kefalonia and Ithaki - room was spacious - bar area offered a large variety of drinks/coctails

- the bathroom needs some maintenance (the grout and the mixers)

Location, large pool areas with plenty of sunbeds, wonderful beach, waterpark, buffet. It is a very nice hotel where you switch off instantly.

I would have liked a little bit more entertainment, especially for the kids. There were some offerings, but they took place somewhat remote (e.g. on tennis courts) and did not seem to attract many people

We loved the resort and the grounds which are steps away from the spectacular warm ocean. The food was exceptional, the breakfast plentiful, varied and truly something for everybody’s needs. I can’t say enough to describe adequately the service which was amazing. The hosts and hostesses were outstanding and so very friendly. The grounds, ocean and and variety of services was superb! If I could give the Grecotel la Riviera six stars I would!

We loved absolutely everything!

The garden, the beach, evening entertainment, good food with very high variety, aqua park, beach, sea and pools view.

Room was clean but not perfectly, a bit outdated and not very well maintained, pools had sand, stained towels in the rooms, lack of sufficient towels for the beach.

We were upgraded to Oasis Olympia Hotel so this review is based on that- Wow!! What a hotel! From the moment we walked into the hotel to the moment we left it was faultless! Staff went over and above to help us and made us feel so welcome. Nothing was ever a bother to the staff, the food was out of the world. We never once had a bad meal. We were all inclusive which was just amazing! The pool areas were clean and very relaxing along with the beaches. Plenty to do for children. The aqua park is fantastic!! Even for adults. You will have fun. Again all the staff were so helpful and friendly. We have travelled all over the world and I mean this when I say this but this was one of the best hotels we have stayed in!

Nothing! Everything was perfect

Great resort with fantastic landscape and exceptional service. It is impressive how a resort of this size can sustain exceptional service throughout all points of customer interactions. This is not a boutique size, 10-people hotel, this is almost a small town size resort with hundreds of service personnel. From the very welcome point, we were greeted with smiles and kindness, and the willingness to provide exceptional service extended throughout our stay in all points of room service, restaurants, pools, aqua park facilities, and beach bars service. Kids are very welcome, they can do tons of fun stuff around the resort in a safe and organized manner.

Really nothing to dislike or complain about, but let me state the obvious: the resort's potential is bigger than what is offered at present. Renovation of rooms is long overdue, it is obvious and visible without special attention. The renovation (and re-imagination) will make the experience even better. Functional elements need to be reimagined and made intuitively available to match what people expect from a room in a five-star hotel. The shortcomings of the room fittings will not stop anyone from having a great vacation here, as one will use the room for sleeping, and enjoy most of the day in the fun places around the resort.
