From outside It’s beautiful hotel in old Mediterranean style, interiors are also in older style which is very nice. Perfect location in quiet place of the island. Beautiful garden and surroundings, very very nice clean pool at the back with the view of the sea. We can listen to the waves at night. Nice beach and few steps away another beaches like banana beach. It is good starting point to other beaches nearby like Gerakas, Dafni. Rooms are spacious and clean. the most important aspect is the very helpful owners. This place has very unique atmosphere and vibe. Although the hotel needs improvements, it provides good value for money.

The location was as expected, close to the beach , you can exist directly from the property to the beach. The room size is big, we had a balcony and air conditioner, the cleanliness was ok , you can see that the building is a little bit old but nothing to disturb our vacation. The person at the reception was very polite and calm and he tried to provide for everything we asked. Each day the room was cleaned , but if you want to change the towels leave the dirty ones on the floor like in the big hotels. They have a pool that was clean even after a storm in the morning the pool was cleaned. You can find restaurants very close , walking distance.

The Wifi signal it's not the best , but if you want to relax it's better :) , An improvement can be performed on the beach area , where there is only one umbrella very old , but maybe the beach is not the hotel property. there is no transport directly to the location like a bus , we had a car rental so it was not a problem.

Although the breakfast is not anything special (just the bread, butter, jam, honey, cheese or ham + coffee and juice), everything else is perfect. For a very affordable price you get hotel in a perfect location to either Beach or supermarket and very welcoming owners. :)

Very spacious, clean and air conditioned rooms, plenty of storage, spotless fridge with ice compartment, very easy pool, garden and beach access. A short walk to restaurants, beaches, beach bars, beach sports and activities, shops, bus stops, atm and local car hire. Beautiful location to watch the sunrise. Even though it was fully booked, you’d never know as it’s so quiet.

A few of the pool loungers could do with replacing due to a small minority of the guests dragging them around the gardens with no respect instead of carrying them.

I have stayed in this hotel twice during my time in Zakynthos, was enchanted by it and it was very hard to leave! It is very peaceful, in a beautiful countryside setting, where you can listen to the waves at night and wake up to the cicadas chirping. Paradise, pure and simple, hits your soul in a special way. Although there is not much around, it is just enough. Best beaches and beach bars just a few steps away, a grocery store and few tavernas in the area and the hotel is also accessible by public transport. The hotel itself, the pool and grounds are beautiful. I loved the authentic 90’ies room decor - it was like travelling in time. I hope the owners wont change the overall look and design of the hotel as it is a rare gem! I will be looking to come back to this magical place.

If not for lack of comfort, I would have stayed longer. Bed mattresses were not comfortable and very hard - mattress toppers would improve a lot the sleep quality. Also the bed sheets, pillows and towels could be of better quality (everything was clean!) Hardly possible to take a proper shower, as it was so tiny and flooding the bathroom floor. The parasols were dated and the hotel grounds could use some maintenance as well. However, I had the impression that the owners are content with how it is and any improvements might change the aura of the place and attract different visitors; the paradise isn’t perfect.

The hotel is in an excellent location: on the beach, with the swimming pool and the loungers overseeing the coast; in a quiet part of the island, surrounded by a nice garden with pine trees, flowers and olive trees. It is a beautiful location. It is also close to Banana beach and to other nice beaches in the Vasilikos area (St Nicholaos, Gerakas, Dafni). All facilities are close to the hotel (shop, pharmacy, medical care if needed, souvenir shops, tavernas). We enjoyed swimming in the sea and also used the hotel pool a lot.

We had some small problems initially upon our arrival, but the owner and his family helped us with everything, very kindly. The hotel is not expensive, and it provides a good value for money, allowing for a good vacation.

Location of the hotel is the best, all beaches are in area near hotel, and 12 km from town Zakynthos. Hotel is very well maintained, very clean, the beach is in front of the hotel, and you can enjoy in the shadows of the trees and listening the sound of the sea. Advantage is parking in front of the hotel also in the shadows of the trees.

Such a warm welcome from Stella and her husband. They will do anything to help you! The location of the hotel is perfect. Close to Argasi and the airport. Beach in front of the hotel and close by Banana Beach. I would definately come back.
