The property is right on the beach front and there are free sun lounges for guests. There is also a restaurant and bar on a deck that has a gorgeous view. The room was clean, the balcony was lovely and private and it was so easy to go take a walk on the beach or stop and read on a sun lounger. I also really liked the area, it wasn’t too developed, it was nice and secluded. A little drive up to the main road and you had access to lovely tavernas and a kind of ‘high street’ of shops a little further down.

It is quite a way down (steep and winding) from the main street. Though we didn’t mind this because we hired a car, it’s something to bear in mind. While the staff were friendly enough (our cleaner was so lovely!), there wasn’t any real run through of the room or check in, so we spent the first night without aircon, and the room didn’t seem to get wifi signal. While the balcony was lovely, our view was blocked by trees, so you couldn’t really see the sea much. I would recommend booking on the top floor to enjoy the view fully.

Everything is beautiful here - the house, the yard, the beach, the tavern, the hospitality of the owners. The sea is right in front of your windows. The rooms are spacious, clean and tidy. All balconies face the sea. Cleaning is done about every two days. If you don't have a car, you can walk to the store, though the road is uphill. I was traveling alone and felt safe in this apartment. Thanks to the owners! They are a wonderful family who look after this paradise of Greece together.

I loved the apartment with the stunning view of the sea, modern and stylish with a comfortable bed, great shower room and kitchenette. The wonderful location directly on the beach with plenty of sun loungers to choose from, the sea is shallow, warm and safe to swim, can see fish as well just be careful on their little reefs which you can snorkel and see them clearer. Perfect to relax here just reading, taking in the amazing scenery and swimming. Great and delicious and good priced food options from the beach bar owned by the same family. You must try the homemade moussaka! Lovely hosts, friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

This is not a reflection on the property at all but just to advise anyone that if you don’t have a car (I was only here for 2 days so it didn’t matter) then you will need to either walk up a very steep hill to find the supermarket, buy water from the bar which is restaurant prices obviously or make sure you stock up on cheaper water before you arrive.

This is a little slice of paradise. If we ever go back to Zakynthos, without a doubt we are staying here. The little apartments are comfortable and clean, the shower is incredible. You sleep with the sound of the ocean and wake up to the beautiful view of the ocean. It’s really quiet and feels secluded. This place is family run and they were all really lovely. The food at the beach bar is delicious, so you don’t need to drive somewhere for every meal. In May it felt like we had a private beach. The water is beautiful and clear. Lots of fish, super fun for snorkeling. Plenty of sun beds.

I can hardly think of anything, but maybe it would be nice to offer shower gel (they only had hand soap).

Loved the quiet, peaceful location. Studio was spotlessly clean and had everything needed for our stay. The owners and staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful, felt that nothing was too much trouble. Loved the personal feel to our stay. The beach/bay was great for swimming and snorkelling.

The only thing that caught us out on arrival was the signage to the studios - could be a little clearer as we originally stopped at a similarly named building at the junction.

The place is wonderful. Great for people who wish to wind down, relax and prefer laid back places rather than lively, buzzing tourist locations. I loved the sea view from our balcony, the sound of the waves at night, silence, relaxed atmosphere at the beach bar. The apartment is equipped and arranged in such a thoughtful way. Very clean and modern, spacious, bright. We loved the houskeeping lady from Albania, a great and kind soul and made sure our apartment was kept perfectly clean. The owners were very helpful, answered all the questions, helped arrange the transfer to the airport.

It would be additionally useful if the apartment was equipped with kitchen paper or a kitchen cloth to dry the dishes or food after washing and had some olive oil to cook :) The ones at the nearest grocery are big bottles that we could never use during our stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Fiore beach studios. The location is just amazing - the beach is nice and the sea is clear. We were staying in the room with the balcony so we had a great sea view. The restaurant at the beach served delicious food. Highly recommended to rent a car if you want to go explore the island or go buy groceries, but you can also just stay at the beach near the studio and enjoy the food at the beach restaurant. The owner of the place is very nice and friendly.

There wasn’t any shampoo or shower gel in the bathroom and any oil or sugar in the kitchen. It’s not a big problem but it’s always nice to have these.

All good, staff is helpful and nice, they have a nice bar in the beach and sunbeds are free to use. Our ground floor appartment in the basement was a bit dark, but it had an amazing terrace. We liked it so much in general.

The beaches in this part of the island are sandy and great for swimming! But we did not find stunning wild beaches around. Nothing related with the property. Kitchenette is a bit tight, but works perfectly.

We stayed in a big and clean room, with comfortable bed and a wonderful view to the beach bar and sea. The food at the restaurant was delicious, the ouzo as well! We also enjoyed spending time at the beach, they have enough sunbeds and umbrellas and even a kids playground. We especially loved that the nights were quiet, you could sometimes hear the waves from your bed. It was lovely!

Lovely place to stay away from all the stress of life. Situated right on the beach perfect for enjoying a morning coffee while watching the waves.

Only downside to this is you would probably need a car as it's right at the bottom of the hill, but Sula the manager was most helpful.
