The property is one of the most beautifully designed places we have ever been to. Every area, inside or outside, is made to feel cosy, comfortable, everywhere you look you see something beautiful. We loved the quiet of the place, the relaxing atmosphere, the wonderful staff (here I cannot state enough how amazing the waiters were), we loved the proximity to the sea and that you don’t have to go anywhere else to feel good or to enjoy special facilities.

The cleanliness was below my expectations (mostly the way the rooms were cleaned - the bed sheets were never changed, the trash that was left on the furniture was not thrown away etc.), the window blinds were broken (the electric part worked poorly), the beds were terrible, noisy and uncomfortable overall

The Manager and all Staff were really friendly, helpful and approachable... The Hotel seemed to run smoothly and we could not find a fault with any of the service. We arrived a few hours before standard check in time but they were able to give us access to our room early, which was great. The Front desk team are helpful with local information and can help arrange Car rentals directly from the hotel, as they have some on-site already. The hotel and rooms have a relaxed minimalistic boho/beachy decor.. very nice & modern, it created a really nice calming and affordable luxury feel. The guests were mostly of a more mature age with some families & younger couples also. Food: The Breakfast and Dinner buffets were tasty and have a great choice of Savoury & Sweet foods with a good salad bar. (Evening Dinner buffet is 28 euro PP, not including drinks... when compared to local restaurant prices this seemed fairly priced and gave a good variety and excellent quality) The Lunch Menu at the pool bar has a fine dining vibe, everything was excellently presented and tasted great. Pool bar cocktails were nice and again, the pool bar staff are really polite and friendly. The pool area is nice and chilled with extra comfy sun loungers, There is a Semi-private beach access again with the hotel providing the extra comfort loungers for the hotel guests compared to the pool bar/restaurant next door. There is another larger beach to the left of the hotel (Banana Beach) that also has some water activities and nice restaurants. For a great Sunset view, head to the area on top of the small cliff above the beach to the left. There is an on-site mini market that has drinks, snacks, toiletries and gifts. Local taxi prices: 35 euro to/from the airport 22 euro to/from the local town of Argassi (more nightlife and shops etc) (15mins drive) Overall, it was a pleasure to stay here and we would definitely recommend to others.

The fine dining menu was only ok. In my view the hotel is trying too hard to create something exceptional, but the result is only average (and sometimes not so good). It would be better to get simpler, but better created dishes. Food sometimes arrived only lukewarm. Most waiters have terrible English skills so communication is difficult. The waiters could also use more training to reflect the image the hotel wants to create. As many already commented, ludicrous prices at the pool bar.

Staff was nice and really helpful. The privacy of the beach was good.

Dinner selection was poor, not worthy. it was better to walk/drive to closer tavernas. on one side of the hotel there was not-finished, abandoned hotel so there was garbage around that side.

Access to towels at pool or beachside was limited ( though I understand the water issues for a 5 star hotel there there should be access to fresh towels when the guests require them ( not when it suits the laundry delivery). Drinks service was scarce especially when on the beach, the staff should do regular rounds and clean up the rubbish / glasses. Great beach especially the private lounges a little further along. The beach was a bit dirty though.

This hotel is truly amazing for a relaxing holiday, far from the busy areas of Zakyntos! The room was very nice although unfortunately a sea-view room was no longer available upon arrival. Anyway, the facilities at the hotel and the kindness of the staff really made up for lack of sea view! The beach is very private and the sunbeds are incredibly comfortable! the sea is often wavy, so we often walked to the St Nicholas' beach 5 mins walk from the hotel to find a less windy spot! The view from the main area/pool/restaurant of the Bay is truly amazing, with all colours of blue in the sea in front of you! and sunsets were just as beautiful! Food at the pool restaurant is fantastic, we had lunch there daily and loved everything on the menu! I highly recommend taking the boat tours organised from the hotel, the staff was super helpful in connecting with Exploring Zankyntos and we took a tour of the South part of the island. A car picked us up from the hotel and took us back after the tour. Super nice!

The dinner was too elaborate, food was very good most evenings, but sometimes the main course was not great, especially for a vegetarian! I would suggest keeping it simple and with more local dishes for an authentic taste of the amazing Greek food tradition! Also, although the staff is absolutely fantastic and constantly available throughout the day, some of them did not look appropriately dressed for a 5 stars hotel. Perhaps they would need extra clothing provided by the hotel to change as many times as needed throughout the day, given the very high temperatures and long working hours.

The scene is stunning with the pool and private beach. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool and beach. The room was spacious and clean with water bottles replenished every day. Nespresso coffee machine was a plus. Spa was really good value for money as well as having gym facilities and a mini-market onsite for essentials. Food was lovely but can become a bit repetitive in terms of flavours despite the menu changing daily. Staff was lovely. If you are looking to relax, locations is great away from the party area. Unless you hire a car, there is not much around in terms of restaurants,tavernas.

During the 6 nights we stayed, only 2 nights had entertainment wich was average. Compared to other hotels we have stayed with the same rating, I would have expected some additional offerings like Yoga, Pilates classes in the mornings, evenings.

Stunning private sand beach with incredibly comfortable sunbeds and clear water. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped, with regular cleaning. Milkshakes by the way are phenomenally delicious.

Location is a bit far from anywhere, and the property could provide regular shuttles to the city centre or something. Food is only mediocre, especially given the price, and cocktails are far far too sweet.
