The property is one of the most beautifully designed places we have ever been to. Every area, inside or outside, is made to feel cosy, comfortable, everywhere you look you see something beautiful. We loved the quiet of the place, the relaxing atmosphere, the wonderful staff (here I cannot state enough how amazing the waiters were), we loved the proximity to the sea and that you don’t have to go anywhere else to feel good or to enjoy special facilities.

The cleanliness was below my expectations (mostly the way the rooms were cleaned - the bed sheets were never changed, the trash that was left on the furniture was not thrown away etc.), the window blinds were broken (the electric part worked poorly), the beds were terrible, noisy and uncomfortable overall

The Manager and all Staff were really friendly, helpful and approachable... The Hotel seemed to run smoothly and we could not find a fault with any of the service. We arrived a few hours before standard check in time but they were able to give us access to our room early, which was great. The Front desk team are helpful with local information and can help arrange Car rentals directly from the hotel, as they have some on-site already. The hotel and rooms have a relaxed minimalistic boho/beachy decor.. very nice & modern, it created a really nice calming and affordable luxury feel. The guests were mostly of a more mature age with some families & younger couples also. Food: The Breakfast and Dinner buffets were tasty and have a great choice of Savoury & Sweet foods with a good salad bar. (Evening Dinner buffet is 28 euro PP, not including drinks... when compared to local restaurant prices this seemed fairly priced and gave a good variety and excellent quality) The Lunch Menu at the pool bar has a fine dining vibe, everything was excellently presented and tasted great. Pool bar cocktails were nice and again, the pool bar staff are really polite and friendly. The pool area is nice and chilled with extra comfy sun loungers, There is a Semi-private beach access again with the hotel providing the extra comfort loungers for the hotel guests compared to the pool bar/restaurant next door. There is another larger beach to the left of the hotel (Banana Beach) that also has some water activities and nice restaurants. For a great Sunset view, head to the area on top of the small cliff above the beach to the left. There is an on-site mini market that has drinks, snacks, toiletries and gifts. Local taxi prices: 35 euro to/from the airport 22 euro to/from the local town of Argassi (more nightlife and shops etc) (15mins drive) Overall, it was a pleasure to stay here and we would definitely recommend to others.

Everything in the hotel was great.

Staff was nice and really helpful. The privacy of the beach was good.

Dinner selection was poor, not worthy. it was better to walk/drive to closer tavernas. on one side of the hotel there was not-finished, abandoned hotel so there was garbage around that side.

The Bay hotel is a very nicely located on its private beach  and the hotel decoration has a lot of character. The food was very good and breakfast was lovely with a lot of choices. The pool and the sun beds are fantastic, and the proximity of the pool and the beach is unique.

The town is a 15 minutes drive and one needs a car to get around the island.

The hotel is located in a nice bay, lots of sunbeds, great pool area with restaurants and bars. Breakfast is nice, service staff always with the open eye. We did not have dinner there because we found nice typical greek restaurants nearby. This was number two of three different hotels we tried during our 10-days-stay on the island, we booked it for some relaxing hours on the beach and therefore it was perfect.

Value for money was less than in our other hotels we had - our suite, located on the ground floor, was not very sunny and showed up with a very small terrace where the air con was placed - doesn't fit for a 5 stars-place.

Incredible staff that work so hard and made our stay so memorable. Attentive, fun and welcoming. Comfortable, modern and clean room and surroundings. WiFi always worked. Hotel shop was good and run very well. Buffet breakfast was great. Clean beach. Enough sun beds and places to be in the September season.

The set menu for evening meals wasn’t 100% suitable for our family (10 month old baby) due to her bedtime however that is unique situation to us. My husbands massage at the spa was not so good either. Not much going on in surrounding area but we stayed in the resort and it was lovely.

An amazing stay! A luxurious resort, remote from the busy towns with a secluded beach just next to the swimming pool. Never a struggle to find a sun bed either by the pool or the sandy beach. A child friendly resort but not over run at all. Lovely clean sandy beach with shallow waters for around 10-15m walking out from the beach. Great pool side dining and bar for snacks throughout the day. Fully equipped gym with a shop on site in case needing snacks or toiletries. Great restaurants nearby- some within walking distance, otherwise taxis easy to organise. Very clean resort, comfortable beds, great showers, air con amazing, extremely friendly staff who were very attentive and always helpful and smiling. A special mention to Solomon & Aurora. A real paradise. We had just spent a busy week in Italy and came here to relax- couldn’t recommend it enough. An absolute gem and we had an Amazing time!

Nil- an amazing place to come and relax

Our stay at The Bay Hotel & Suites in Zakynthos was absolutely great. The hotel is situated in a beautiful, tranquil bay, offering stunning views of the Ionian Sea. The location is perfect for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat. The room we stayed in was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with a private balcony that had breathtaking views of the sea. We enjoyed waking up to the sound of gentle waves and a beautiful sunrise each morning.  The hotel’s pool area was a highlight of our stay—immaculate, with plenty of sunbeds to relax on. There’s also a private beach just a few steps away, which is perfect for a refreshing swim or a peaceful day by the water.  Every member of the staff was friendly, professional, and eager to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. From the front desk team, who were always available to offer great recommendations, to the restaurant staff who ensured our dining experiences were top-notch, we felt truly well taken care of. Speaking of dining, the restaurant at The Bay Hotel & Suites was very good. The food was delicious, with a mix of Greek specialties and international dishes, all made with fresh, local ingredients. The breakfast buffet was fantastic—full of variety, and perfect to start the day with a view of the sea.

The property was very nice and our room overlooked the pool and beach! The breakfast was excellent and plentiful offering something for everyone. All the staff were amazing and friendly. A special mention to Romeo in the shop, Foti who drove and picked us up from the restaurant Porta Roma and Solomon for his friendly nature and service with a smile. Only thing I will mention is the hotel is a little isolated and for those guests not driving it would be convenient to offer a daily shuttle service to close by attractions like a beach and restaurant. Lovely place to stay!

The resort was exceptional. The staff were friendly and very helpful. In particular all the lovely ladies at breakfast Dimitra, Maria, Olsa to name a few, are jewels in the sand. Always smiling and ready to tend to patrons needs. Same can be said for the pool bar/restaurant staff who were just as awesome. The hotel is kept to a very high standard largely due to their reception, cleaning, maintenance and customer service staff. Every request is met with a smile and prompt service. We needed a get away to recover from illness and it was perfect. The Bay is perfect if you want to do nothing but sun, wine & dine or it is close enough to town if you need a change of scenery. Also very close to the resort are some very lovely tavernas overlooking to Ionian Sea with superb food.

Our one disappointment was that there was no service for drinks at beach, despite having asked and told that there was, but no one ever came around for any orders.
