From the moment we arrived we were in heaven. Our transport from the airport was lovely as we pre-arranged with Lia. Our villa was absolutely beautiful - we felt like we were transported into someplace magical. Lia and her team were wonderful, provided us with fantastic island information and her property is simple blissful. We loved everything from the poolside bar, the main pool, etc. Our villa was amazing, we had our own private pool and fully equipped villa which provided us the privacy we craved, but the option to visit the main pool if we wanted. I can't speak more highly about our time at Alegria Villas, we are excited to book again. Close walk to St. Nicholas beach (going early in the morning was amazing), soft sand, clear water, easy to get beds.

Our stay at the Alegria Villa was simply beautiful. You can see the detail that Lia put into the house. She was super helpful with renting a car and gave us a walk through the attractions of Zakynthos. House Keeping did a great job, no complaints. Even cleaned up our whole kitchen after we made a big mess after grilling which was so so nice. They also offer a transfer from and to the airport for a reasonable price. If you have to wait for your flight you can spend your time at the pool which also has a shower, storage room and a bar. I can highly recommend staying here. Thank you for everything Lia!

This was a dream to walk into. The villa was so clean and well equipped, and the beds were so comfortable. Dishwasher and washing machine a bonus. Our villa was cleaned every 2 days! The private pool area was lined with beautiful flowers and was hoovered every day! Everything was just so easy with so much space for our family. The outdoor commununial area was gorgeous and sociallable. With tavernas and the beach a few minutes walk away, it was the easiest of holidays. It wasn't overcrowded but had life and very kind wonderful people. From the moment we were picked up, driven to the supermarket, and taken to the villa, our fantastic hosts were on hand at every step and just the loveliest caring team. Thank you Lia, you are a gem! We will absolutely be returning xxx

Nothing not to like!!!

To say that it is beautiful and comfortable place it is like say nothing. The Villa was beyond our expectations and the atmosphere of the stay was like you visited friends. It is because of the owners that welcome you like we know each others from year. They are very helpful with all information regarding neighbourhood or even total island. I visited many places in my life on almost all continents but tears in my kids eyes when we were leaving say everything. I fully recommend this place to have real greek beautiful holidays and time that will stay in your mind forever. Thank you for all :))

Everything! We stayed here for only 3 nights; we had a stayed 7 nights at a nearby hotel and decided to stay an extra 3 nights. Alegra villas was only a mile away and I was impressed that they could fit us in at a few hours notice. This property really is exceptional! It is sooo pretty, the apartment, the grounds, everything. Its a deceptively, large and spacious property, split over 2 levels. It has absolutely everything you could possibly need in a villa, from beach towels to washing up liquid and even has domestics staff who clean the entire property, which is a huge bonus. The grounds are soooo pretty, so accommodating, clean and quiet. Perfect for families. Leah and her staff are wonderfully warm and welcoming and we will definitely be back next June 🥰 Can't wait ❤️🇬🇷

Absolutely everything! I have never rated anywhere a 10 before but this place is perfect!

Absolute gem. Beautifully built houses, nice pool, a little bar next to the pool with swings and cosy decor. We booked the maisonette which was perfect for us with a toddler and baby. We had a ground floor maisonette which is right on the garden with tree houses, hammocks, swings etc. My toddler loved it. We requested two baby cots and they were in the bedrooms when we arrived. The maisonette had a child gate on the top of the chairs. Lia the host was lovely and so was her staff! Location is great, just 4-5 min walk to the beach on a flat paved road (which was great with a stroller). Several restaurants at same distance too.

The pool bar menu is very limited with pizzas and omelets, but when visiting Greece it would be nice to have some Greek dishes on the menu. We would have ordered much more frequently. The kitchen did not equip any spices, oil or pepper. That would have been nice to be able to cook something.

Lia was a lovely host - super helpful and answered any questions before and during the trip, and all her staff were helpful too. The accommodation exceeded our expectations in size and comfortability, lots of nice touches with the cold bottles water on arrival, dishwasher tablets, washing machine tablets, extra swim towels provided, ample toilet roll and shampoos, etc. (whenever you get a villa sometimes these things run-out very quickly or not provided but Lia and her team made sure you were fully stocked!) little quirky personal touches here and there, feeling very Greek and traditional in style without being tacky. The beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything you needed as well as an outdoor BBQ - although there are plenty of places to eat on your doorstep, even a little pool bar next door serving a variety of snacks and meals from breakfast and continuing throughout the day, so food was never a problem. We loved it because the beach was just a few minutes walk which meant if you got bored of your private pool you were not far away from sandy beaches but far enough away for it not to be noisy - the best of both worlds! We loved it there and would recommend it to anyone! Thank you Lia for your hospitality and beautiful homes - We would definitely stay again!!

The accommodation exceeded our expectations. We stayed at Algeria Villas with our three children (ages 3, 9, and 11), who felt especially comfortable. The public beach was also reachable in less than 7 minutes. The accommodation was very spacious, with bed linen and towels changed every other day and everything cleaned and mopped. We would like to come back – absolutely recommended.

Regarding the accommodation, there is no criticism at all.

We had an amazing holiday at Alegria Villas from start to finish. Lia was there to greet us and show us around. Once we had settled in she came back and told us about the area and gave us some great recommendations. The villa was amazing, just like the photos. So much thought has been put into the layout and decoration. It is a small complex but with everything you need. We had our own pool but there was also a bigger pool by the apartments with a pool bar which served lunch and ice creams. It is in a very quiet area but only a 5 minute walk to the beach, beach bars, water sports and tavernas. Thank you to all the staff for a great stay.

Our fabulous villa with private pool was a highlight and an oasis for our stay in Zakynthos. The colourful quirky decor was wonderful. Very comfortable beds. The set up works like this: Ground floor - a queen bedroom and a bathroom next to it - not en suite. Living/ dining/kitchen area and out to the pool and terrace. Downstairs, a huge living area and bedroom with a spa bath. Kitchenette, bathroom and a washing machine - no access to outdoor - BUT there is a door that leads out so possibly I just hadn't figured it out. This area is so big its like a separate apartment. Upstairs - a big attic style room with two twin beds pushed together to make a king bed - but you do see the division between the two - they are clearly two separate beds - not a problem for us. Note there is no bathroom upstairs, you use the bathroom on the ground floor, so essentially you are sharing the bathroom with the bedroom on the ground floor if that makes sense. Lia, the host, was incredibly helpful with restaurant and local advice which we really appreciated. Hope you find my review helpful.

Everything was so lovely. If I were to be very fussy, a few more side/ small plates would be good and a couple of crockery items were chipped. However, I know if I said something it would have been dealt with straight away. Take care going down the steep staircase to the bedroom downstairs - quite safe, but be careful.
