We had connected rooms on the second floor of the Ilia Palms which made our stay with 3 kids very pleasant. The kids loved the aqua park. For the parents a bit too much so we would recommend the swimming pool at the Oasis with access to the beach. The swimming pool at the Ilia Palms is nice to take a dive at the end of the day. Nice and calm in the shade. "Golf cars" riding all day long is very nice when it's hot carying your belongings.

Misunderstanding at the checkin because, prior to the reservation, we where told that we could get connected rooms but the receptionist said that they didn't have any connected rooms. When we got to our room, it was a connected room. The receptionist wasn't aware of the fact that there are connected rooms. What is and what is not included at the Oasis restaurant is not very clear in the description. (Drinks are not included) €4,50 for a bottle of water in the Oasis Restaurant is way too much.

Feedback related to Oasis as at the end we got accommodated in there. We liked the fact that entire hotel area was very specious and everyone could find a private spot for yourself. The outdoor swimming pools are excellent with a great sea view. The food was at the best quality!

No elevator access for all the rooms, we had to carry our 20 kg luggage through stairs. As we were probably first guests after winter closure, the room had a bit of mould smell. The charge for water at the dinner was ridiculous, this could be included in the room price as signing bills for water was a bit awkward (bottle of water was 4.40 euro, the most expensive I ever paid).

Great location and with all facilities you need for a good family holiday time. The food and cocktails were good despite the all inclusive and the staff is very attentious and polite doing very well considering the amount of work they have.

The check-in at Ilias Palms is very slow since there is only 1 person available and also has to answer the phone. Also upon check-in our room was not ready despite we arrived after the time recomended (14.00h). Some of the facilities are getting old and you can see that are in need of maintenance. I would say its value for money with the prices of Ilas Palms otherwise seems expensive.

Great place for family with kids. Amazing activities with water parks, pools, and a beautiful sandy beach. The resort has 3-4 different hotels that are all shared the same facilities. Ilia Palms hotel is the most affordable and that can be seen if you compare it with the other hotels but at the end of the day you only go to the room for a shower and a sleep, so if you don’t mind that, and you are not looking for luxury in the hotel room then it’s ideal. Food was of great variety and taste and for such a big operation having a buffet of this quality is not an easy thing. The staff is well trained and are always around to help and assist. Well done guys. It’s an excellent operation.

Ilia is a ten minutes walk from Oasis hotel where most of the facilities and breakfast, lunch and dinner are served. A shuttle bus is passing every 15 minutes if you don’t want to walk.

The biggest asset of this and surrounding Grecotels was the stuff. Everyone was polite and hospitable. Facilities were great, such fun pools and the beach was lovely. Wifi in the room was good. We loved the desserts in the evening buffet and the hummus and fava spreads! In total we had a very pleasant stay.

Breakfast was so so in quality. The area around our hotel was a bit neglected compared to the rest of the resort. There was a big concrete building in front of our hotel that looked like it was abandoned. I was surprised to see it was inhabited. Probably by the hotel stuff. It would be great if you renovated that building and its garden, not just because it would be aesthetically pleasing for everyone but because you can tell a lot about a company's culture from how it treats their stuff. It is one of the things that I appreciate a lot.

I would prefere doors to have screens in order to be able to leave doors open, avoiding mosquitoes or bugs coming in.

The Ilia’s Palms is a 3 star with access to better facilities at the broader complex. It was quite obviously the poorer cousin in the resort and in need of TLC. I’m saying this there has been genuine effort in allowing people to use the pools, restaurants and beach etc which was very pleasant. Transfers, half board and aqua park are definitely bonuses. Views at main hotel were incredible. To us the best part of the hotel were the staff. Hard working, kind and welcoming. Well done.

Ilia’s Palms felt like the poor cousin and in need of an upgrade. Very resort style..mass numbers and not showcasing the best of Greece. Could have been anywhere in the world.

The entire resort facilities are magnificent. Breakfast and dinner food selection is countless and with high quality. The view from the restaurant balcony is stunning. The pools were fun, the beach was amazing and clean, and the aquapark was the cherry on top for the kids. Everywhere we went the staff was welcoming and warm. Great place for a relaxing family vacation.

The specific Ilia Palms hotel building is the least appealing (externally) among all resort facilities but reasonably acceptable with the most affordable deal among the rest, while enjoying all the high quality facilities (including restaurant) same as the rest. All and all, a great deal that balances between affordable stay price and high end resort. I would make an effort to improve two specifics to upgrade the room stay experience: 1. Room cleanings need to be improved! 2. All rooms have wide windows and balcony (which are great) but very poor old fashioned drapes that cannot really cover the windows. The result is strong sunlight every morning at sunrise. With a bit more attention this can be fixed.

I have been at Grecotel two years in row. First the place for summer holiday is amazing, I can't find word to describe how magnificent is that place. The staff is very friendly and polite, always with a smile in their face and treat you like you know them for ages. The food very very very tasted and very very very clear, everything very organised. I dont know for me and my family is the best place in the world with the best staff in it, like PARADISE.

Nice rooms and fabulous quiet pool with lots of beds, towels and shade. A little further from beach but tbh the beach is a bit of a trek in any case up and down many sets of stairs. However, there's a cart that will take you anywhere in the resort so not really an issue. Great water park!!

It's expensive, and half board does not include any drinks not even water.
