I had the most wonderful stay at Syncrosfera Fitness & Spa Health Hotel Boutique. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the welcoming atmosphere and the attention to detail throughout the property. The hotel combines comfort, style, and wellness perfectly, creating an environment that feels both relaxing and inspiring. The rooms are spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed, offering everything needed for a restful stay. I especially appreciated how clean and well-maintained everything was. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, always going the extra mile to make sure I felt comfortable. The highlight for me was the fitness and spa facilities. The gym is state-of-the-art and ideal for anyone who wants to maintain their fitness routine while traveling. The spa is beautifully designed, and the treatments left me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The pool and relaxation areas are also fantastic for unwinding. Dining at the hotel was another great experience. The food is healthy, fresh, and full of flavor, perfectly aligning with the wellness focus of the hotel. I left every meal feeling satisfied and energized. Syncrosfera is more than just a place to stay—it’s a destination in itself. WIFI does not work property in the room.

This hotel is awesome, it's rated 4 stars but the comfort and service are pretty equivalent to a 5 star hotel. They have facilities for sport professionals with a gym that has all the equipment of a training center, semi-Olympic pool, and a full equipped SPA. The service is outstanding, all the staff is focused in giving you the best stay possible. The location is also a wonderful aspect of the hotel, having a great sight of the Mediterranean cost and all the valley. Definitively I'll return

I had some issues getting out of the SPA area, the bracelet chip to grant access failed, and no house phone were available to ask for help.

The rims were very large with huge beds. They had a terrace with views. The parking was plentiful. The desk staff were very helpful. The pool was empty and very large with towels provided. Showers were good on the pool area, and private. The hand soap in the rooms was lovely. We also got free bottles of water which was a bonus.

The breakfast wasn’t great as things came it slowly. The staff didn’t really seem to be noticing clients needs . It was enough though and included, so happy enough. Our teenage children found the bathroom privacy difficult as it’s very open. It’s fine for couples, but not for kids needing privacy.

Great hotel for athletes. It has a good gym with new equipment, a semi-olympic pool (which we didn't use), a nice spa (15€ each) and a good restaurant which serves healthy food options. We used it as a stopover. The room was quite comfortable with a really huge bed and with a nice view of the mountain and the sea. Also, there's an option to check-out late for a small fee (10€/hr).

swimming pool noisy with groups of kids taking swimming lessons. No control at the spa, it is mandatory to wear a swim cap so I bought some for all of us, however there were other guests using the facility without it, and that was not hygienic...

It's literally the best hotel. Cannot rate it highly enough, the rooms are amazing, views breathtaking, food delicious, facilities excellent. But the best thing about the hotel is the staff, I felt like they were my friends towards the end of our stay. They are the kindest, hardest working people (Alecia is an angel). It's also great and motivating being around like-minded athletes. You can really tell the owner is an ex pro cyclist, he has thought about every detail. If I could I would live and work there haha.

Wouldn't change a thing.

The hotel is very clean throughout, staff very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was a buffet with all the normal foods including continental options.

The bedroom wardrobe storage was very limited and there was no facilities for making tea or coffee had to ask for kettle and fridge and it was delivered to the asap.

Staff were very welcoming. Room was clean & had everything needed for an overnight stay. Meal in the restaurant was superb and great value for money. Breakfast was plentiful, with hot & cold choices. We were offered bands to use the gym & swimming pool which was included in the price paid however, with arriving so late and leaving early we did not have time to use the facilities. Overall a pleasant experience staying at the hotel. Excellent value for money.

The rooms are wonderful and quite spacious, very comfy beds. The gym is out of this world and leaves no desires open. One of a kind that won't find anywhere else in Europe that easily.

Breakfast has surprisingly subpar quality of product ingredients, not many local products, and has very few really healthy options for people taking care of their exercise routine and their body.

Breakfast was extremely good, very healthy and an omelette option, didn’t want for anything else. I would have preferred to sit in the far restaurant end with the view in the mornings, as in the evening at dinner it was dark. I would also have liked a little more relaxed seating inside as on occasion it was full. Excellent facilities in the gym and pool area, we didn’t use the spa. All staff really friendly and helpful. Will definitely visit again.
