I didn't get a chance to have breakfast as they stopped serving at 10 am, I was a couple of minutes too late as I had been out early. The room was basic which I was expecting and it was clean, there are tea and coffee facilities left in the corridor outside of the room which I didn't see until I was on my way out in the morning. The lady on reception called me as I had not checked in and wouldn't be arriving until late (after 9pm), she was very pleasant and helpful and gave me all the instructions I needed to gain access to the building, which in the end I did not need.

1. The staff When we arrived for check-in there was a friendly guy who welcoming us. He speaks fluent english and very helpful to brief us about the Leipzig city by showing us a map. The same guy also provided us a clothes steamer which the only unit that they have when we requested for an iron. He also gave us the metal spoons when we requested for a disposable one. Kudos to this staff for being very helpful and attending to our request with 😊 on his face!

We stayed on the 6th floor and the room temperature was quite hot at night. We are not sure whether it was the summer time or the heater being activated at night.

Staff are superfriendly. They help as to solve all the problem. My room the curtain doesn't close those window all the way. I went to the reception desk. She kind of understand. She went to grab some of bed sheets for me to close it. The BF was excellent. In quality and variaty. Compair to price this hotel is perfect. The hotel was a kind of in the middle of nowhere. But when the staff tell us how to go to the center. It's just about 15-20 min walk to the center which is lovely walk.

The room sometime are too cold. There still have many dust under the bed. The toillet window don't have curtain. We can see other window.

Nice location. Public parking nearby. We were lucky to book a room for three, and it was spacious. The room had a fringe and a rocking chair. Overall planning is great, and window view in room #316 is gorgeous. The easiest check-in. Sparkling water as a compliment.

A lot of dust behind the sofa and other not visible places. Lack of glasses for water. Shower drain should be improved.

Friendly staff always willing to help :D The room was very clean and comfortable, the bed was pretty soft and I personally liked it. The location was excellent, near the tram station but also very quiet. Truly a steal considering the price. The big free bottle of water was nice too. I'd definitely want to visit again. ALSO, A CAT IN THE LOBBY!! ❤️

The walls had stains on them, visually not so pleasing, but otherwise the room was clean so it didn't bother me.

The location is very practical, in a rather quiet street but very close to traffic connections (tram, buses) in various directions. Value for money is excellent and the staff is friendly and helpful.

I have no serious complaints. There's some noise in the morning, not more than usual for a hotel or similar accommodation.

It was a cosy room, their smallest room with a double bed was bigger than what we expected. The location is very central with lots of restaurants and bars, and the bathroom especially is quite modern. Well renovated. Possibility to accept dogs was great for us! They care about the environment and sustainability which I appreciated - no separate, plastic-wrapped soap, shower gel or cream was present but a refillable and biodegradable option was chosen. I would come here again and would definitely further recommend.

Their smallest room will not have a mini fridge (although it includes a complimentary sparkling water which was good). The reception and elevator are closed from 10 PM onwards. Please make sure your package includes breakfast if you want it, because somehow when we were making the booking it looked like it was included in the price but it wasn't.

Nice location with easy access to the city center by tram. 200m from the main street with bars. Breakfast was cool, with plenty of options. I've missed only coffee machine and porridge. I also like the entrance from the garden and birds in the morning

The staff wasnt friendly, just necessecary actions without empathy Wifi was without password (unsecured) and weak signal, totally lost in the bathroom

The property is located near the tram station and therefore it’s easy to get to the city center. The hotel is modernly furnished, the bed was very comfortable, everything was very clean and it was very quiet. The staff is extremely polite, they check-in is convenient and fast, while you can just leave your room card in the box and check out. No drawbacks, I can only recommend this hotel!

Excellent location near tram stop. Street below hotel is lined with bars and restaurants. Many choices.

The lift didn’t work on arrival and schlepping 25kg cases up four floors of a narrow winding staircase is no fun.
