The staff, very courteous, friendly. Housekeeper Sahim always greets with a huge smile. Support staff efficiently deals with my tv problem. Everyone I met were great and efficient. - Love the concept of self-order toiletries. A great way to prevent wastage. Just order whatever you need from the QR code given, and they will be delivered shortly. - Room, very comfortable, plenty of space and storage. Strong water pressure. - Big Pool. Well equipped gym with a view.

Breakfast spread was very simple. Hope for more variety. Shower suddenly went very hot/cold on its own during usage .

This hotel is the nearest hotel to Pavillion Bukit Jalil, the facilities in the hotel room are well equipped. My boy does love the infinity pool at the roof top.

No in-room dining services, quite disappointed there. Maybe the management can consider installing a pool playground at the kid pool, as the current is quite dull.

1. Room was big and very clean. Bed and pillow was comfortable. 2. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. They answered queries with a smile. 3. Very good location as the hotel was very near shopping malls, Pavillion Bukit Jalil and Aurora Place. There were other shops around the area too.

Unfortunately, there was no room service 😌 We arrived very late, past 12 midnight due to flight delay and were very hungry but was told that there's no room service. So we had to order from grab food that took abt 1 hr to deliver. We eventually ate at 3+ am 😔 It would also be good if the bathroom has a magnified mirror for ease of wearing make up for us women 😁

Walking distance to shopping mall, nearby golf course and national stadium. Very comfortable bed. Suitable for business travellers. Breakfast buffet spread is adequate and fulfilling.overall stay met expectations for this category of hotel.

No complimentary carpark. Expect to pay valet prices per entry. No room service. Bathroom sink was clogged, slow drainage. Pillows felt too soft.

We like Hyatt Place for its modern contemporary feel and newness. The room is very spacious, bed is king sized and comfortable with big pillows, plus there is ample space around the room for storage of luggage and personal items, and the couch is huge and very comfortable. The hotel is well airconditioned and very clean. Front desk staff are friendly and willing to help. A big plus is its location to Pavillion Shopping Mall which is a short 5 mins walk away (though it is not directly linked and you have to walk on the road to get across to the entrance) - there are plenty of restaurants inside Pavillion so that is great. Overall a great stay and we will be back next year!

During our stay this time around, the WIFI was not working properly - it was either down altogether or it would be intermittent, and we were only able to connect 1 device to it when in the room which was quite annoying. Car parking is not within the hotel premises but in the building across the road which is huge and confusing when one is unfamiliar with the layout and the many different exits as to which one is closest to the hotel once car is parked. And you must bring the carpark ticket to be exchanged at the hotel reception, pay RM10 and get a new ticket in order to exit the carpark (each time). Pool area on the roof top can be improved with more comfortable loungers and unfortunately the view is pretty average.

This is a fairly new hotel opened late last year - the decor and room are modern and very clean. Nice infinity pool on the rooftop with a bar. Great location being very close to Pavilion Bukit Jalil which is a huge shopping centre. Staff at the front desk are friendly and helpful with special mention to Joshua. And there's a Starbucks on the ground floor which is handy for those who like their coffee. Otherwise there's plenty of coffee places in the shopping centre.

Initially I was disappointed that there wasn't any toiletries provided in the bathroom ie shower cap, cotton tips, etc but I later found out that you can request for them from reception/housekeeping. There isn't a walk bridge connected directly to Pavilion therefore you have to cross 2 roads to get to the Parkson entrance which takes you into the centre. Not a big issue unless it's super hot or raining.

-The staff are friendly and very helpful. I reached KL early in the morning after a long flight and they did their best to get my room ready few hours before the check-in time (i feel very sorry and thankful to them). -The location is excellent, just a 7 mins walk to Pavilion Bukit Jalil. -Breakfast is superb and the staff at the breakfast lounge are so kind and friendly. -Room is spotless (the staff who is in charge at Level 12 did a fantastic job).

a lovely hotel located near Pavilion Bukit jalil..great room great food and great staff. a very good breakfasr spread and lunch. The room was so clean and nice and large by Kl standards.

The valet parking ..every time was a charge of RM 25. A flat rate of RM 25 was good enough but this was per entry. The pillows were actually dead . need more better pillows actually. and a small recomendation : Please do put a sign that says : AIRCOND WILL TUEN OFF WHEN BALCONY DOOR IS OPEN "

Service is excellent. Customer service is 10/10. Even the security guards are super friendly. A really quality hotel with a nice pool and bar on the rooftop. Can find nothing much to complain about here. It's a good hotel, staff, service and everything else. Location is perfect as it is situated just beside Pavallion mall and Aurora mall. You can easily find cafés along the stretch of shops just in front of the malls. There is also a LokLok stall that frequently open most nights nearby along the middle of the road. Some cafes nearby are going cashless and only accept card payments, so be ready for that

Hotel breakfast Variety is meh.. Would've expected better.
