Absolutely delicious breakfast, the best we had in Turkiye! Great views from the breakfast terrace and upper terrace. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, we loved that they don't do classic bottled water but you can refill your own water bottle. The pool was also very clean and although there aren't many sunbeds, it was almost always empty. We stayed in a family room, two rooms really, divided by a bathroom (with a shower AND a jacuzzi tub!), with two balconies, so there was always some shade to be found and ample space to dry our swimsuits and beach towels (provided by the hotel). The staff deserves a special prize, everyone was exceptionally friendly and helpful, sharing useful tips about things to see and do.

The room size was average but it was clean and comfortable. There was a good amount of counter/table space to keep personal stuff. The staff were pleasant and allowed us to check in early. The building had a lift and a lovely terrace on the fourth and fifth floor with a great view. There was a swimming pool too. There were a lot of restaurants close by with two restaurants just behind the hotel.The ambience of the place too was very good. The rooms looked modern and well maintained. The bathroom space was big enough to enjoy a nice bath. The breakfast was great with a wide variety of every type. This has been the best hotel included breakfast were have had in Turkey. The presentation also was lovely.👍

It was great from the very beginning: communication about booking confirmation and assistance with airport transfer was well organised. The hotel has a very decent location, just 10 minutes maximum to the old town, 15 - 20 minutes to some of the public beaches plus there are few beach clubs just a few minutes walking. Its very quite and clean. All the staff is very professional, friendly and pleasant, they really care about guests. A separate compliment i would like to say about breakfast - served at the rooftop with a spectacular view and food is amazing: salads, vegetables, fruits and much much more! Everything is freshly cooked, delicious. I was enjoying my every day staying at this beautiful property and i definitely would love to come back.

Breakfast was sensational, even had chocolate cake, the staff were extremely helpful. The location was perfect, short walk from main shops and nice and quiet. We ate at their vegan restaurant every day and then had a fab pizza at their pizza restaurant too. Food was so good. I love that you can fill your water bottle as many times as you like and they don't use plastics, it felt really good not to have to use so much plastic. Parking is so close and handy, next door is a big car park. A big thumbs up from us! I would go back again and again, it really made our trip to Kas!

Loved the location, the helpful and friendly staff, the rooms had all that you needed ( excellent air con, tea and coffee facilities, comfortable beds and extra pillows available, great shower ,and were very comfortable and clean). The small pool was lovely and never busy. The lift is a great asset, as are the beach towels and flippers ( free to borrow) . The breakfast was simply outstanding!! An absolute feast for the eyes and the tummy! A huge variety of dishes ( replenished regularly) presented beautifully and such variety and freshness. The breakfast manager was so attentive and friendly and rightly proud of what he and the hardworking kitchen team were doing. Just outstanding.

Nothing at all. We loved staying here, and with the breakfast being of such a high calibre it felt that you got a lot for your money.

A charming, truly charming hotel. In fact, these are several hotels that form a kind of community around a small, beautiful street. We had booked 2 rooms but they were in different buildings and the breakfasts were in different places. But nevertheless the place is really great. There is a sushi bar on the roof with great cocktails. There is also a pizzeria within this community which we did not visit but looked good. A superb breakfast!

Cats entered the rooms. Which forced us to sleep with a closed window. This may not be a concern for Turkey, but we did not like it.

The property was exceptional. We loved the location near the amphitheater and the view from our balcony and the terrace was the best in Kas. A special thank you to Beyza who made the best cappuccinos and made us feel special. Ahmet was a great host and was always available to answer our questions and helped us book excursions. We would love to come back to Kas and we know where to stay when we do!

Lovely location, great staff, incredible breakfast and great value for money. Get free access to Limona Beach Club which is a great spot. Easily walkable to the city centre.

One thing to be aware of is the Mosque's call to prayer. This woke us up at 5am every morning without fail and was obnoxiously loud - not something the hotel can affect, but obviously something to bear in mind for light sleepers.

Great location- tucked away just on the edge of the tourist part of town so we had great views and not traffic, but 5 minute walk to the heart of things. Big public parking lot right next door. Breakfast room/lounge is on the top floor with amazing views. Lovely room with all the amenities and a small balcony overlooking the water. Good range on offer at breakfast.

Staff were a bit hard to track down if you arrive after hours, but we managed.

The hotel was conveniently located. The rooms were modern, clean, comfortable. The staff were polite, attentive and spoke good English. The rooftop terrace is amazing, with beautiful views of the sea , Kas, and the amphitheater. It was so nice to eat breakfast and work there. In the evening, it becomes a sushi restaurant, I didn’t try the sushi but it looks delicious. The breakfast was also very good, with a wide range of choices from the buffet. The swimming pool outside was also very refreshing and a nice amenity to have.
