The location of the hotel was very convenient for walking around the town. Art museum and restaurants are at walking distance. We even found a Turkish restaurant (Ankara kebab house) which was 10 minutes away from the hotel. The room was clean and the mattress was comfy. A/C worked fine and the bathroom was clean. The hotel staff were very nice and friendly. The breakfast served was fresh and tasty. But as a coffee lover, I’d expect a better coffee taste. They helped us with the parking our car in their parking lot which was subject to availability.

I wish they could have an employee who could speak English. Not a huge deal but it’d make communication easier for both sides. Please serve better coffee as it’s very important for some people to start a day with.

Great location close to everything. Good WiFi. Big rooms with the necessary amenities. Nice breakfast room on top and good breakfast when served properly. Good price overall.

It was too noisy. Our room was facing the street and it was really loud till 1-2am. Unacceptable. Same for insulation from other rooms. Cleanliness could be improved: my bed sheets had stains and some hair on bathroom. Airconditioning too noisy and not effective. We stayed two nights: first day breakfast was served wrong (not what we asked and brought less things), second way was perfect.

The first room we were put into had a noisy air conditioner and other minor issues. The room was advertised as having a balcony, however this faced into an inner shaft of the building and had no natural light. The staff moved us immediately to another larger room after we complained, which although did not have a balcony, was entirely suitable to our needs.

The room was on the first floor, so the lobby noise was a bit of a nuisance. I had arrived from an overnight flight and wanted to sleep a bit in the afternoon, which was very difficult. Also, there was a problem with the hot water which meant only cold showers. They should have informed me at check-in and given the option to cancel for free.

Hotel ZiOne is in one of the best locations in Pereira, making it convenient to shopping, dining, and other diversions such as El Centro. The staff were SUPER-friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast served was quite extensive, with many of the items being more typical of an American brunch or lunch...but certainly flavorful and filling. The restaurant area is very attractive and breakfast hours are a wide window of 3-4 hours- perfect for the early-risers as well as those needing a few more hours of rest.

We stayed in the room (305) that had a private hot tub/jacuzzi and generally were very pleased with the room and amenities. The primary drawback was the nighttime noise from vehicles as well as bars/restaurants located within a block, including a place with Karaoke. A more minor drawback was our hot tub/jacuzzi did not have a heater. The noise issue was more of a problem on Friday through Sunday nights, and we used the air conditioner to act as white noise, which helped somewhat.

I really like the hotel overall, the staff is great, the room was large, bed was comfortable and the bedding is of good quality. It's also good location convenient to many things in the central area of town.

I think they could do a better job with breakfast and with managing the food portions for this meal. Breakfast service is open until 10:00 a.m. and both days I went down at 9:00 a.m. the first day the food was sparse so I ordered an omelette. The second day the entire buffet had been wiped out so there was no food left. I requested an omelette with tomato, onion, spinach and cheese. What I received was minus tomato and cheese. The kitchen staff told me they were out of these items. What? That is poor planning and execution of the breakfast buffet and needs to be addressed.

We eventually upgraded to a very comfortable suite. The room was nice and spacious, and the staff, in general, was very accommodating.

I booked a standard double room, which was advertised as a very bright place. When we arrived, we got a room with a window that had a wall 10cm behind it — no ventilation whatsoever. The staff informed me that an internal or external room is randomly allocated. Eventually, we made a deal to upgrade to a suite for a reasonable price, but it remains strange that there's such a big difference between what's advertised and what you get under normal conditions.

Hot water not consistent. I don’t know what is it about hotels in Colombia, but the hot water has always been an issue in every hotel I’ve stayed in. I don’t know if it gets turned off at certain times of the day or what, but it is very annoying to try to take a bath at night and not having hot water. It happened to me during this stay.

Location was central to restaurants and shopping malls, the staff was excellent in helping me book massages, ordering flowers and answering any questions.

In the past the free breakfast was buffet style which I enjoyed.

The building next to the apartment is a hostel or a restaurant that has a rooftop and if your plan is to rest it will be hard to fall asleep because the noise will go through the walls of the apartment.
