We were positively surprised about the offers provided by the hotel. It is not only kids friendly, but for adults as well. Kids definitely enjoyed the big play areas, buffet meals, pools and the big plus is the ski area which is just right next to the hotel buildings, while adults enjoyed the rich meals, wine selection, spa, daily programs and could go skiing worry-free, knowing that the kids are dropped off daily at the kids club by the ski teacher. Staying at Valbella Resort made the ski holiday hassle-free and perfect for us!!

Truly exceptional service from the hotel staff. Restaurants were quite good with fresh, tasty ingredients. WiFi was strong and worked well. Breakfast was fresh with a large selection. Huge selection of parking options, including options for tall vehicles. Although the spa was disorganized, the massage I received was excellent.

The spa was incredibly disorganized and didn't meet the same standards as the rest of the facilities. Massage durations were nonstandard and overpriced. No hot options were offered at breakfast (though it was offered to Swiss german speaking guests)

Breakfast was great, many things to choose from. The location is wonderful and we had a lovely view from our balcony. We booked a junior suite and there was lots of space.

There is no fridge in the room and also the minibar in the central kitchen on each floor has nothing cool or nothing to keep things cool. The rooms are nice but a little bit too plain and basic in terms of furniture and decoration. But overall it is a great hotel.

What I appreciated the most is how family friendly the resort it, whilst adults are still able to enjoy a holiday and not just the kids. The breakfast was top tier, fresh with many options. Last but not least, the staff, they were all so nice and helpful everyday. A really beautiful experience was had.

Wish we could have stayed longer.

Very modern and clean. Free coffee, tea and many presents from the house. Superfriendly receptionists. I love their sustainability approach. Great breakfast. I definitely want to come back to this place.

Everything was just perfect for us. We had a wheelchair accessible room - well, luckily we don’t necessarily need such a room (and hopefully never will). The room was wonderful and everything was great for one night, only the shower was a bit inconvenient for us - we ended up in a lake inside the bathroom :)

The hotel meets standards of a five star hotel in more aspects than expected. Easily accessible Free water refills 24/7 plus an endless supply of free Shorley, local fizzy drinks and sealed bootlegs of sparkling water. The breakfast service was excellent with perfectly cooked eggs and all necessities of international breakfast buffet, not to mention the perfectly baked croissants and other bakeries. The front desk staff are polite and knowledgeable to all enquiries about activities and the hotel facilities. A warm welcome desert and lovely message was to meet us at the room. The coffee and milk was refilled daily. The rooms are spacious with multiple compartments providing privacy to the tenants and beautifully set out with a marvelous view. We were gifted a Local Made Jam jar on check out:) Free parking right outside the hotel, it is close to the bus station and they have their own ski slope! wonderful stay ♥️

Nothing, it exceeded expectations

It was an amazing stay, I will not lie if I say that everything was perfect. The staff was super helpful and attentive, the room was just great, and the whole wellness experience was above expectations. I also used the facilities like mini golf, tennis, and ping pong, and it was so much fun. The hotel felt welcoming and alive.

Is exceptional quality if focus on every single details. Incredible breakfast and huge variety of additional services.

It is more family oriented hotel, not so much for single person.

Beautiful modern room with lots of wood, very nice and relaxing spa and pool. Next to the kinder ski slopes, cross-country skiing loop and walking paths through the valley. To top it all off, the most beautiful and tasty breakfast buffet ever.
