The facility was era clean aesthetic and pleasant Pool and spa wee exceptional and breakfast was excellent for me. As in keto nutrition I had everything I needed The view from the room was exceptional The overall experience was very positive

The only and only downside (and it is a major flaw unfortunately) was the uphill location of the hotel. Although it comes with a stunning view of the valley and of the mountains across the climb is cruel and in winter the descent to the promenade is dangerous. There should be either a lift or a serious of staircases that leads you down.

We loved the swimming pool, sauna, and comfortable room. We also enjoyed the restaurant and the proximity to the forest. The hotel is great for relaxation and for a fancy dinner. We were happy about the free parking and the lunch package we got instead of a breakfast since we had to leave quite early.

I did not like that the swimming pool and sauna area close already at 9 p.m. We would have appreciated it if we had stayed open until 10 p.m. We also would have hoped that the breakfast could have opened around 6:30 or 7 a.m., not only at 7:30 a.m.

Loved the location over looking Davos and the mountains from our balcony. The spa facilities were amazing and we spent time everyday in the pool. The restaurant food was lovely and the breakfast was plentiful and delightful. The staff were also great and very friendly and informative and answered any questions we had. Our room was spotlessly clean, light and airy with 2 sets of patio doors. The shower was amazing! Highly recommend and we hope to be able to return in the near future.

Nothing to dislike

This hotel was amazing - our room had best views of Davos ever and every thing we needed - on top of that the staff were all wonderful - particularly the barman - who was so kind and helpful and really knew his wines. The restaurant team were great too We had the set menu - wow was amazing - breakfast also excellent - would recommend to anyone

nothing to fault

Absolutely wonderful hotel, the perfect location, beautifully run, so very comfortable, staff are really warm, kind and most professional. The ideal home for my conference stay- so supportive, conducive to working effectively, such a peaceful environment and overall a really special place! And the trails right above the hotel make early mornings extra invigorating and uplifting.

I miss a kettle in my room. Tea stations in the corridors don't really work: water never hot or out of water, and it takes a long time to warm up these big kettles. Some warm vegan breakfast options would be nice since it's always the same few items at the salad bar.

exceptional value for money. super comfy bed, spacious room, view of Jakobshorn, quiet, accommodating staff, great spa area. They gave us a Davos premium card upon arrival, which saved us a lot of money from the cable cars. The dinner was the highlight of the restaurant. If you like evening strolls, there is a very nice road just behind the hotel, with trees.

the pool felt a bit cold, even though it was at 30 degrees celcious (as advertised). otherwise the spa offerings are great. We had a small issue with one of the plates in the dinner (extremely overcooked meat - unedible). After they agreed to replace it, for which we are super grateful, we waited 15 minutes for the waiter to come back and get our new order.

The Waldhotel is located near the center of Davos, you can choose the tourist promenade or a hike to the nearby hills, for example to the Schatzalp. There is also a funicular railway. The balcony with sunbeds and armchairs offers wonderful relaxation and views. The wellness center has a swimming pool. The staff is very helpful. The hotel restaurant offers excellent food. I warmly recommend! Parking available and included in the price of the accommodation.

The spa facilities were super. The normal hours of the spa is from 2 pm but the staff kindly turned on the sauna and steam room for me in the morning as I was a late checkout. I was able to to enjoy the spa all morning.

The towels in the room were a bit rough and could have been laundered in a better softener and feel more like the towels in the spa room. The gym was fair but could do with an upgrade.

Nice view from the breakfast room onto the surrounding valley and mountains. The Spa Area is also a nice plus even though it’s small. Service was very friendly and professional

Not enough parking available, had to squeeze on to parking spots that were even for staff/e-cars. Our room could have used a bit of a refurbishment, slightly dated
