There are many good things to be said about this place. Staff is friendly and extremely helpful with practical inside information regarding excursions, etc. The accommodation is clean and well-kept (including the swimming pool), and the location is excellent: close to the more quiet and beautiful part of Tsilivi, and very near to the beaches. No disturbance by noise at night.

In order to meet the standard of a 4 star boutique, breakfast could be improved. It certainly was not bad at all, but it needs more variation and better bread. The breakfast space is really simple, and tables on the terrace are not really set for it.

Everything about the stay was great. All of the staff were welcoming and friendly and gave some nice recommendations on things nearby. The rooms were lovely, very clean and well air conditioned. The tea and coffee facilities in the room were great and replenished daily. The breakfast was good, plenty of choices each day. The pool area was lovely too and had plenty of sun loungers. The location of the hotel was great, close to the beach and local bars and restaurants. There was also a shop joined on to the hotel which made it easy to get anything you needed and there was a nice little fridge in the room to keep everything in. Overall it's a great place to stay.

Great location, convenient to restaurants, bars and the beach. Beautiful, clean pool area with bar on site. The room was very nice and the great room service an added bonus. The towels were changed every second day and the sheets every third day (I think). We had a garden view room with a nice balcony. The garden, however, was obscured by a large tree, but it wasn't a big issue. We were able to leave our luggage and use the facilities post check out, while waiting to leave. There is also a small changing area, which is very handy when you have to hang around for a flight. Overall very nice place.

The only small issue was the shower tray/shower was tiny. You couldn't move without touching the wall or shower curtain. Any movement of the shower curtain, meant the floor was soaked.

A lovely family ran hotel situated within close proximity to the beautiful beach and a large variety of bars and restaurants. George and his family did a fantastic job of making sure we were well looked after, and Yanna’s airport transportation was a great convenience for us! The breakfast is great value for money and offers a good selection of both Greek and British cuisine. The cleaners were lovely and ensured rooms were thoroughly cleaned, every day we came back to fresh towels and linen. The pool area was clean relaxed and gets full sun throughout the day so perfect if you like to sunbathe and have a more relaxed day. We would definitely come back again :)

My only complaint would be that our shower head did not have a wall attachment which was a little difficult to use but it didn’t take away from our great experience here at all

Stayed first week in June 2025 with family. This is very much a family run hotel. The staff are extremely helpful, so friendly, and really can't do enough for you. The hotel is spotless and very comfortable. Rooms were cleaned almost every day. Location is fantastic beach is at the end of the road. Plenty of restaurants right outside the door and more dining options less than a 10 min walk away. Breakfast was included and it was really good. We ate at the pool bar and it was also very good. Makai beach club is a few mins walk away and was definitely worth heading up to for the day. Kids were hours snorkeling in the beautiful clear blue sea. We would definitely recommend hotel Alamis and will be back! Thanks George, Sue and Team!

Rooms were so modern and very comfortable but there could be a bigger kitchen area/kitchenette. We had to use the bathroom sink for everything. Also this is very minor but a long mirror in the bedroom would be nice.

Clean, spacious, modern room. A good breakfast selection is available. Super comfortable bed and linen. Excellent customer service from the host and staff. Blackout drapes. Air con. Location is close to restaurants, bars, and ATM. Distance only 10 minutes walk to a number of lovely sandy bays on the western side of Tsilivi.

Everything was fabulous, although I would have preferred the pool area to offer more privacy from the road.

I liked that it was very clean and the staff was quick to clean, arrange, organise everything. I also liked the room, i liked that it had no big closed furniture, just a few hangers. That gives the room so much space and it was chic. 😊 I recommend to eat breakfast at the hotel, it was delicious and the variety was nice. The first few days we ate at some restaurants in town, but the last few days we decided to eat at the hotel and it was the best meals we had in the morning. The pool area was nice, the water was warm and clean.

I didn't like the smell in the bathroom, but I understand it's from the sewage system and it's not much they can do about that. A foot towel above the drainage and the door closed and it was ok. It's important to say that besides that, the bathroom was clean.

Our room (deluxe suite pool view) was fabulous, spacious and clean and the bed was big and comfortable. Lovely added touches with robes, slippers and toiletries. Cleaner came daily and very friendly . George and the team were so welcoming and helpful with any any requests or questions we had. This made a real difference to our stay having great staff. Location is perfect. A few mins stroll to the beach and the main street. So many shops, bars, restaurants all on the doorstep. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Our room was on the 1st floor with not much privacy between balconies, didn't bother us but a point to note. A small waste bin in the room other than just toilet would be helpful Leaving to go home!

The staff members are very friendly and helpful, the room was cleaned every day, we really liked it. The room itself looks very stylish, just like in the pictures. There is a balcony where you can dry clothes and towels. The breakfast was also amazing, with variety of products and dishes. The location is also nice, we went to Bouka beach (around 10 min) as there are umbrellas and sunbeds. Also the shampoo and conditioner in the shower were just awesome! 🫶🏽🥰

You should have your own towels for the beach, so we just bought them in the local store :)

We have spent 4 days in Alamis hotel and it was preeeeeeetty great. Personal from hotel called us before our arrival to know approximate time when we would arrive so they can at least try to prepare our room beforehand otherwise guaranteed check-in is at 3pm. We have arrived at 1pm and we had our room ready which was really nice. Since hotel is family-owned you meet cousin of cousin and brother and cousin everywhere and everyone is really friendly, talkative and super sweet. Need a car? No problem, hotel will take care of it, also taxi and everything needed. We have also received some nice tips for trips around including cool beach places, restaurants etc. During your stay you can also see that there are families who love to come back over and over again each year and I am not surprised at all. If I am ever coming back to Zakynthos, which I am SURE of, it will definitely be to this place. Location is also really nice, you can get pretty much everywhere nice and easy, nothing is far away and around you have everything you need. So recommended if possible not by 10/10 but 11/10.
