Room was very clean, slight glitch on arrival with towels needing refreshing but otherwise excellent and no complaints. The room was bright, airy, nice street view from the window, safe, large - especially for Paris. Normally I stay in tourist areas but this felt much more real to me and I enjoyed it a lot more. I needed to be at Paris Convention Centre and this was an easy 12-15 mins walk. Very well located with a pharmacy across the street, some convenient fast food, and slightly further to walk for restaurants. Lots of sushi places nearby and I loved Delice de Hiumalaya, a few blocks away. I used a lot of Lime bikes, but this area is a no go zone for Lime, so you have to walk a bit to find a bike. There is a veilib bike station nearby but I have yet to figure that out. The metro is very close as well and easy to Navigate with CityMapper app being a lifeline. Most of my travel in Paris was by bike which is very safe given the number of large bike lanes.

Nothing, it's a great hotel, basic but great staff, clean, smart, gets the job done. Pool is large for the Paris area, I didn't get to use it, but functional rather than stylish.

The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. It was fr ret to have the kitchenette with fridge and coffee machine. The location was good ie walking distance to metro and train (to Versailles). The surrounding neighborhood was nice and felt safe. There are a couple of nice restaurants close by , a patisserie, and a large supermarket at the end of the street. We had breakfast in the hotel on one morning and it was a plentiful buffet. Water and coffee are available 24 hours a day in the communal dining area. We would definitely stay again (but not in warm temperatures)

No air conditioning. We knew this on booking but didn’t expect it to be 30 degree heat. The hotel did provide a large fan which helped. The hotel has a swimming pool and we were looking forward to having a dip to cool down after a long day walking around Paris but unfortunately it was closed for maintenance during our stay. Also it would have been nice to be offered fresh towels during our 3 night stay particularly as we were showering at least twice a day due to the heat . Housekeeping is once a week.

Nice aparthotel with a very friendly and helpful staff. We stayed 3 nights in bigger room and then 1 day in smaller one, personnel helped us to change it easily without waiting for standard check in time. The rooms looked good and had everything we needed, except the iron, but that you can take at the reception. It was also good that they have private parking garage, however the day rate in my opinion slightly high. We also could take free tea and coffee downstaits at the kitchen. Location is unexpectedly very good, i'd say it's even better than in some areas within Paris circle. For us it took on average 30 mins to reach by public transpory any landmark in Paris, and easy to go to Versailles by train.

Floor cleaning was not good, so better to take sleepers with you.

Location very good for easy access to central Paris via frequent bus and metro services - bus stop only 50 metres from front entrance and metro station 700 metres away. Room very well-equipped for self-catering customers. Comfortable bed. Very quiet room located on top floor at rear of building. Free hot drinks available 24/7. 24 Hour reception.

The shower head was too high to reach for other than very tall people. The microwave was located far too high above ground level for safety with a serious risk of spilling hot liquids onto the user when trying to remove a heated container. The room safe was not secured to the cupboard or the wall so a thief could just carry it out of the room.

A reasonably priced, but well-located, hotel. It is not too far from a Line 13 metro stop, which makes it relatively well-connected with the city. The hotel itself had almost everything you would want from a hotel of this type.

Everything was great, but I wish the room had air conditioning. I was lucky to stay there during the milder days of this summer, but I could imagine the rooms becoming very stuffy and hot on a warmer day.

Easy walk from metro - clean and spacious rooms and best of all- fantastic helpful and cheerful reception staff- special thank you to Francesca and Idir for all of their help and recommendations- we really appreciate it. Great to have a fridge and kettle and coffee machine. The bed was so comfortable. Nice touches such as the breakfast room and board games available for use.

Room was clean. They provide microwave, refrigerator, temperature control rod in washroom to dry clothes. From Malak-off Porte de vanves metro station (M13) walking distance 450 m. From Insurrection Bleuzen bus stand (bus number59) around 100 m

One kitchen clothes for cleaning. Small utensils were missing (every utensil is so big) if room is designed for max 2 adults and 2 children then what is the use of big utensils to cook food.

The room was spacious with the fold-up sofa bed which was comfortable for two teenagers. The location was great with restaurants and cafes close by and a metro station to get to the centre a short walk away. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The staff was friendly and it was really easy to park near by, which we reserved through the hotel.

The breakfast room was very small, it was difficult to get a table in the morning. Also the pool was not as attractive as in the picture.

Pleasant Room apartment is a good option for a short stay. It’s not too far from the city center, though there are limited markets and restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly, and I appreciated the convenience of being able to purchase food and drinks at the last minute if needed.

The breakfast selection was quite limited and didn’t offer good value for the money. Additionally, the breakfast room tends to get very crowded around 8 AM.

The apartment was nice, well furnished and clean. The staff were great. Enjoyed the small kiosk at reception for snacks etc.

The curtain in the room is installed in a way that you cannot open the window without opening the curtain which guest across get full visibility of the inside of the room. In summer this is uncomfortable.
