Overall, the whole experience at the hotel was great. The rooms, the cleanliness, the service, the breakfast, etc. Most notably, the staff were very nice, friendly and helpful - especially Laura at the reception. The hotel's close proximity to the Bonaire Commercial Center is a plus

The eggs at the breakfast (for over 2 weeks, not even once they tasted good 😊 but that's really a minor thing) The hotel name says Valencia, but it's actually located out of the city : about 30-40 min. away by public transport (bus L160) to Xativia (the nearest metro station around the city center). The issue is that the buses schedule is very unreliable & we often ended up waiting in vain, then left with no choice but to take an Uber /or Cabify (which is like 10x more expensive than public transport).

We needed an overnight stop for a visit to the Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias, which was only a 20 minute drive away. The hotel was well presented, very clean and welcoming and the staff were very helpful, friendly and professional. The room had everything we needed, comfy beds, air conditioning and tea/coffee making facilities which s always welcomed, the bathroom included quality toiletries and everywhere was immaculately cleaned. It was quiet and we had a really good night's sleep despite the close proximity to a busy road and surprisingly a huge shopping and leisure complex. Breakfast was self service and good value for money with plenty of options to choose from providing a good start to our day of exploring Valencia

I was happy with all aspects of our stay, the only suggestion I would have is to perhaps provide plain bottled water in the room or at least an option in the lobby

The convenient location close to the airport and close to a lovely shopping mall/entertainment space with lots of restaurants, cinema and bowling. The staff are lovely and helpful. The breakfast was a nice touch. I also loved the ice machine! Excellent bed and pillows. Kettle and tea making facilities in the room.

Not the hotel's fault but I had noisy neighbours who couldn't close the room door without slamming it. It only takes a small amount of decency to respect others around us.

Overall the hotel was good.. They had grill machine so a person like me (vegetarian) can have grilled cheese sandwich otherwise no options for vegetarian people..

Please keep chciken dishes as well in the breakfast menu, you have tourists coming in from all parts of the world and many dont eat beef/bacon/ pork etc.. Please have few vegetarian options as well. The location was very far, out of the main city. Public tra sport is a problem. Only two buses ply from there., if you miss, u r stuck..

Most of the Holiday Inn Express room size are almost the same. Room was just nice with a sofa bed open for family of 4 (with 2 small children). Shower water pressure was good and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good with varieties of selection. Next to the hotel is the Centre Commercial Bonaire where Primark and Alcampo shopping canter around it. Many restaurant around if hanging around at Bonaire area.

The hotel is away from city center and there is no train station around that area but travel with rented car should not be a problem.

The beds and pillows at the hotel were quite uncomfortable. After a two-night stay, both my wife and I experienced back pain, and our sleep quality was significantly affected. The beds felt unstable, producing squeaky noises, while the pillows were overly firm, ultimately leading to neck pain.

Clean,well laid out,room. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Bed was comfortable. Two different pillows provided (1 soft and 1 firm). Clean, spacious bathroom.Good location close to the airport and right next to a huge shopping centre. The Continental breakfast ,provided free ,was quite good with a selection of yoghurt, fruit, juices, pastries etc. Coffee from a machine which was ok. Bus into Valencia left from the shopping centre.

Booked a double bed but got 2 singles pushed together but we were warned, when booking, that this may be a possibility.

Excellent customer service in the reception. Good location close to the airport, good place if you have an early flight and you want to stay reasonably close to Valencia.

Breakfast was a bit boring, coffee was tasteless. Family room are 2 double beds (one is a extended sofa) and there is very little space. Completely adequate for a short visit though.

The people were so friendly they were helpful. They called us a cab and gave us sandwiches because we were too early for breakfast. It was very sweet of them to do that. I would definitely go to this hotel again.

Nothing it was all good. she even told us about a shopping mall that was connected with the hotel where we spent our relaxing time at dinner too

Its very clean, and very nice staff. Breakfast is very good!! But the location isn’t that good. Its not that close to airport because you have to take turns to get out/to the hotel from the driveway. Also the gps shows roads which are not existent. We booked one room for 4 people, and on the sofa bed, we only got a blanket with a sheet, but not a normal bedsheet.
