The property was very clean and warm. We were four people, and there was enough hot water for everyone. We enjoyed our stay. Everything was straightforward and easy. The sofa bed consists of two single mattresses, with one sliding out from the sofa. We really didn't have a problem with that—it was a comfortable bed. Thank you

The location and the view is great. Spacious appartment and very clean. Nice terrace that for sure it's super during the summer. Parking on site, nice activities at the restaurant during dinner time.

There is no real double bed. Only a couch that can become a bed and 2 single beds. Personally I find strange that I need to carry the used towels and garbage down the alley to the reception. Some details could bring a greater value: some salt, sugar, spices as basic in kitchen. In the end price-quality was fine for us thus a 9 evaluation from me. I appreciated a lot the fact it was clean.

Great value place, practical and functional. Close to everything! The view is amazing and there is a deck looking at the lake.

Furniture is outdated and damaged. Beds are not very comfortable.

This was the first time I saw that I need to take out all the bedsheets, pillow cover and duvets cover myself on checkout and put it in the laundry. But that was fine, worth the views 🙂

Good location, a few minutes driving to the Gerardmer ski resort and with great views of the lake

- Customer service was useless. We contacted them initally that we seems to have an issue with our water at around 7PM and the response that we got from the "Director" is no one can look the issue for the night. By around 11pm, when we returned to our unit, we have no electricity in our unit and the unit was flooded with water because of issues in the boiler room. I have video proof that our unit was flooded because of the damage to their boiler room. We spent around an hour cleaning all the water, drying up our things, wiping the floor, etc... and transfer to ther other rented apartment of our friend as we cannot risk that our kids or us being electrocuted if we turn on the power. When we returned in the morning to pack-up our things, the unit was again flooded with water (much worse that when we arrive the night before so all our cleaning time went to waste). It's a 2 floor apartment and the water flooding is all over the 1st floor and in the bedroom in the 2nd floor (so a lot of our personal stuffs got soaked with water). No apologies from "Director" and even no assistance for us when we checked-out. The "Director" even has the guts to tell us to return all the mattress, pillows and other things that we transferred to our other rented apartment, even if they did not even help us in transferring to our other rented apartment becasue we have no place to sleep. - No WIFI in the rented unit. - The "Director". It's unfortunate that a hotel like this will be impacted by the horrible customer service of the "Director"cause I'm sure some of the staffs here will not be in the same customer service attitude by the "Director".
