Family room was fine for the family with 3 kids, clean and tidy. Nice indoor and outdoor pool, especially enjoyed by children.

Wifi was not working in the room. The hotel is huge, a lot of residents, therefore it can get crowdy especially during the season period or weekends. For the regular weekday is was ok for us. You have to wear a specific wristband all the time which is a bit weird. The hotel is located in the quite remote area, no groceries or restaurants nearby around

The room was basic. Clean but basic. Beds comfy but bunk beds squeezed and rattled every time the kids turned over. We were so tired it didn’t bother us too much but it really was unnecessary noise during the night.

Teresa is a navette connecting the hotel to a private beach ,(Almanarre), with restaurant, umbrella and beds. Buffet dinner is given for 25 euro Aquatic centre is nice with two swimming pools.

Posizion far from shopping, even if bus 39 Connecticut the hotel to Hyeres and Toulon gare routiere

The buffet meals (breakfast and dinner) were very good, with a nice choice of items. The restaurant has a wonderful view over the neighborhood and the coast of Giens.

Overall cleanness isn't too good. The bedsheets were dirty so we asked them to be changed but just got a new sheet for us to change ourselves. Indoor pool isn't too clean (floor, etc.).

The kids enjoyed the pool and the buffet for dinner and breakfast. The family room was spacious. The staff at the hotel were nice.

The bathroom is outdated but is completely functional. A shame the kids aren't allowed in the "bain bouillonnant"

The lifts ! Scary because weird mechanical noises.

It is great to go with children due to the swimming pool, buffet restaurant they loved

I came by train and unfortunately public transport to and from this location is inconvenient. Also there are no supermarkets or restaurants nearby. Be mindfull of the restaurant being open as from 19.30 for diner only. For French families this is normal, but normally my children go to bed at that time.

Swimming pool has so nice view and pretty. Dinner and breakfast was nutricious.

Bathroom was a bit small. Wristband was obligated to reach swimming pool and breakfast. It was annoying.
