Overall impression - cleanness of the room; polit personnel; good breakfast. The hotel is very good.

Room - it is too noisy in the evening. since the rooms don't have necessary isolation. I could hear all talks in next room/s. Also, during the heavy raining, it is too noisy in the room 4005 - like raining is within the room. I called to the receptionist to check if there was any problem, but no action was made. But this could be due to the specific construction issues. I lost my charger for DELL laptop. Not sure if I left in the room. But in a case I left in the room, I would appreciate to hear back.

The rooms are very large and clean. The hotel is decorated in an old style which is what makes it special and beautiful. The breakfast was rich and large and the service of the staff was excellent.

The staff is amazing. The staff provides excellent service. I wanted to cancel one night due to a meeting in another city and the reception manager approved it immediately and did not charge me. The personal approach makes me come back to this hotel next time.

The hotel was in a great location. Room was large & comfortable, spotlessly clean with a good choice for breakfast.

We were advised at check in parking was not free and that it was €10 per night. Booking.com had not advised us of this and I had messaged hotel prior to arrival to ask about parking and how to access but no mention of cost. All the young women at reception were rather rude (especially at check out). We were allocated a room then they changed the room after 5 minutes. We proceeded to room and it was already occupied with a man laying on the bed. Returned to reception and they allocated us with original previous room. Please note staff at breakfast & cleaners were pleasant. Beds whilst large with good bedding were too firm & uncomfortable

I had enjoyed with my stay at this hotel. The location is great —right near the City Hall and Parliament, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city center. The breakfast, though modest, was delicious and offered a good variety, including different cheeses, sausages, breads, sweets, fruits, and very tasty coffee - sufficient to have good breakfast. The staff were also very helpful and responsive, making the stay even more pleasant. Highly recommend for anyone looking to be in the heart of Vienna

Excellent location. Fantastic breakfast - the choice of hot items and fresh fruit especially was outstanding. Very modern room decor. Reception staff very helpful.

Beware the underground car park is no longer free, however, when I explained that my booking.com reservation indicated free parking, the reception staff waived this for me after some initial confusion. Thin walls so you can hear voices/TV from the neighbouring rooms. Reception area is tired and does not match the clean, modern decor elsewhere in the hotel.

Great location, good breakfast, clean rooms and friendly employees. Also food in the bar was very tasty.

Nothing can be done, but walls are too thin. When guest from another room was talking on the phone, I had a feeling that he was actually in my room. Isolation is not existing in this hotel. Plus got room under restaurant/bar - so on Sunday morning at 8 am someone was moving chairs. Maybe reception could ask upon check out if stay was good and do something according to comments. I did call the first night and ask if room can be changed, but hotel was fully booked. The air conditioning system is a bit strange, couldn’t use it, but good there is a window which can be opened.

The location was excellent, couldn't of asked for better. Close to sightseeing, shops and restaurants. in the same building as a small shopping centre. Close to main attractions of Chișinău. Good value for money.

Not exactly a didn't like just maybe a few minor things that could be improved upon. In general a good standard 4 Moldovan star hotel in a great location. Not quite as plush as a western 4 star but that's reflected in the price.

Great room, a great view, a great breakfast, nice decor, lovely staff, a perfect location, car park the underground. I would go again. Ask for a high floor level for amazing views

The window couldn't be closed properly and during winter period can get cold. The heating is electric and you have On and Off buttons, you cannot adjust the heating. The TV volume is really low and you cannot adjust it and when you have the TV over 5 metres away from the bed, you barely can hear it. I don't mind the TV, I wasn't there to watch TV. The room is soundproof but not the door.

Location, Location Location, plus large clean rooms , did not change towels everyday so had a subtle eco policy The hotel feels local rather than a standard chain hotel

Complimentary water refreshed only if you completely emptied your bottle …..if you leave one quarter of water you don’t receive a fresh bottle , hotel has the slowest lifts, upside I got fit by taking the stairs

Very central location. Easy, convenient, subterranean, free parking. Very close to many sights, restaurants and shops. Nice, big room with a great view out over the city which could be viewed while lying in bed...very nice especially at night.

Check-in time on Booking.com was 12:00. When I arrived at the hotel I was told it was 14:00. No flexibility and basic indifference on the part of the staff. Luckily, I was hungry so went to eat some Moldavian food at a close-by restaurant while waiting. :)
