Excellent hotel at an excellent location. This hotel is great for families. We stayed in a room with a kitchenette that was clean and provided what your would need for snacks, coffee, etc. The beds were comfortable and bathroom recently renovated. The swimming pool was a nice oasis for the kids. Small pool that can get busy at night after dinner with the kids, but a vibrant atmosphere and lots of fun. There’s also a hot tub, cold plunge and two saunas. Nice to relax and give yourself a mini Nordic experience. There is a Boston Pizza that is directly connected to the hotel through the pool area. They offer breakfast as well as room service to the hotel. Very convenient. The basement also has a small arcade area which kept the children distracted. The location is perfect. A short 15-20 min drive to downtown and Old Quebec and 20 min from Valcartier Village for snow tubing and Bora indoor water park. Also walking distance to essentials, cafes, metro grocery, gym, bars, restaurants. Staff were also very polite and assisted all guests with any needs. Overall, this is a great hotel for families who need a stress free hotel with clean/comfy rooms and near entertainment.

The rooms been small could have use some hooks to hang towels and bathing suit. Also the pool was great but small for all the people staying at the hotel. It would have been nice to know more about all the great things that were around like the pyramid for choice of food!

The friendliness of the reception especially Jean Marie who went over and above. He was extremely friendly and very professional with all guests.

No security bars in bathroom especially given that bath was quite high. In addition we were unaware that we had to specify cleaning of room and changing if towels which was not done. We were provided with clean towels once requested.

Great Location and very helpful staff, comfortable large beds, but for a brit everything here is large! A number of restaurants nearby which was great. Quite near the war museum and it was well worth a visit and easily walkable to the Canada museum, which was excellent.

We thought a bit expensive but probably due to the location, it was quite busy but that is to be expected. having a carpark was great but getting in and out especially with a large SUV was tricky.

Loved the walkability of the location. It is a very vibrant area with lots of young people, and great restaurants all right by the hotel. Beautiful views of the city from the street as well. Front desk staff were great. Room was clean, and beds were comfy. The pool/spa was perfect to unwind in.

Wish that this hotel included a breakfast in the room price.

The staff at the lobby was really friendly. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Nice area around the university to walk and clise to main highways.

There was a lot of chlorine in the pool.

Bathroom very small. No place to put your stuff. Water pressure was too low. Could at least have better shower head.

We always stay here when we visit Quebec City. Ample parking; we can leave the car and take the 807 bus to the centre ville. Not spectacular but always good for us.

The room and the bed were excellent. Super large bed. Desk agents seemed a little over tasked but were delightful to talk to. Very good welcome.

No Tea bags. Missed the restaurant facility.
